I hope being placed in a premium account ,gets you better customer service. Inetbet would not be so bad if their attitude would change. Also with the lack of live support it is like they really have an i do not give a crap if you play here attitude. Then they bonus ban you if you win,just the icing on the cake.

Well I used to depisit here all the time and it's been 4 months or so since the last one. They said that they were inviting me bc I had not deposited in awhile which seems backwards to me! Yes, Rena there is a major lack of CS at this place and to get anything accomplished I had to post a thread here and request help. That does not make me want to give them more $.

I remember Jodi and IMO i would not be fooled back in. There are too many great casinos that will treat you well and appreciate your business. Inetbet seems to think they are doing you a favor by letting you deposit your money and if you win you get bonus banned most of the time (again IMO).

Hey, I ain't knocking it. I got 3 freebies in the last 2 days. Plus a few other perks, I got a manager's bonus today that really surprised me because I haven't deposited at Inet in about a month and a half. Their CS response times (email) has been really quick I have to say. Maybe all the competition is good for us consumers like I think Chocolateman is hinting at.

Thank you for your input everyone. Still haven't made a deposit there, but I did win 1st place in the Premium Member freeroll this weekend, which was $21. Lost that quickly in the casino . I guess we shall see about Inetbet. They do have all of their premium account members on facebook, and you can add them as a friend but seeing as I do not have a facebook page that option does me no good haha.

I do not know what happened but i just received an email from Emily Hanson saying i have a $5 managers bonus at Inetbet . The last time i was at Inetbet my redeem coupon was locked from promos.I do not know what gives but we will see what happens. My last transaction was a deposit so i should be o.k there. I am very surprised though. I hope everything goes well for you Jodi.

I sent 2 emails already. Last year they told me i have to make a couple more deposits. Now even though i made more deposits(2 more) they are not responding. I was also told before that most of the comp were from no deposit bonuses but I have made deposits also. I have never seen a casino do this. What they should do is disable comps from freebies, but maybe they get a thrill out of dashing people's hopes .

Ugh that is so annoying!!!!! Seriously and they wonder why players such as myself no longer give them a single dime. Is there a rep on here that could maybe intervene with them on your behalf? The only way I got them to respond to me was through Zuga. -

I did deposit the other day with no bonus but i am not doing it again. They want so much from you but send you a measly $5 coupon unless it is a managers bonus and then you get slightly more. Couldn't agree with you more Rena. I think it is super shady to not have a live chat let alone a phone number even that someone can be reached at over there. I am done depositing with them and have been for some time now. Hopefully they will see the errors of their ways if more people take a stand and stop giving $ to places that don't value their business! -

Still no email lol. Could have at least sent me one saying i do not qualify.There is really no excuse for not answering emails if that is the only form of support.
