Maybe some of you know this already.. I did NOT!
I got my bank statement and noticed the large amount of 'international fees' that were taken out for each deposit. It adds up!
I contacted each casino and asked if they would return the international fees back to my credit card. Guess what???? Yes, they would and do!!!
I just scanned my statement, this months and last and emailed it to the casino groups I deposit.
Hey... Money is money. I don't like depositing $50 and taking no bonus and having the casino taking $4 or more for me to deposit and lose.

ty for this very important useful piece of info
are casinos not allowed to charge an international fee and does 'INC O/S FEE' mean 'including overseas fee' because it is listed on practically all the casinos i have deposited at. >:(
this means that the casinos are charging me a percentage fee for using my cc to deposit and are listing it as an oversees transaction fee.
i always wondered why some casinos charged a deposit fee while others didnt.
even though i didnt no it was specifically, an oversees fee i was getting charged.... i did no that i was getting charged a fee which i agreed to pay when i confirmed the deposit.... so hw is it possible that they will refund me this money -

Why would you ask for a refund on something your bank charges not them? I've never even seen a casino refund a bank charge before. If I were to be pissed off at someone I would be pissed off at my bank for charging me a fee to process my money in a foreign transaction. Not the casino, but that would just be me.

I was not pissed off at the casinos or my bank. It was an inquiry I made to the casino and they readily agreed to pay back the international fees. I dunno if they want to keep the US players happy or what...
I will let you know the results. -

I saw here on an old thread someone had said Genesys group refunded the international fees.
I went to live chat and inquired. The reply was 'yes we do! Please email or fax your bank statement'. I did and they have already replied saying it was forwarded to finance.
Genesys (Grand Eagle, Wizbet, Treasure Mile, Mandarin Palace, Lucky Creek)
CWC - Club World, Manhattan Slots, Aladdins Gold, Lucky Red, Buzzluck, High Noon.
I have deposited at Liberty Slots and Lincoln. Twice at Miami Club - have not inquired there yet, waiting to see my results first.Rated: -

I saw this yesterday. It was a post from a month or so ago.... This was deep in the many paragraphs.
*pasted from another member*
DEPOSITING Gold level member - and finally I got pretty sick of them taking out extra $ along with my deposit - sure the message said contact support if you want these monies back at the end of the month but I dont get where they get off taking out more than I authorized - needless to say it cost me more than what I got. -

I'm going to guess that Deckmedia (Slotocash, Miami Club, Desert Nights, Box 24, Spartan Slots, Black Diamond) will probably say no. Anytime I've gotten upset and I'm considered a platinum member. They've always refunded the over charges back in the chinese processor era, but never the bank charge. Good thing to know about Genesys and Club World Group though.

Genesys Group already put the funds back into each casino! In one day!
I haven't looked at all of them, but Grand Eagle was $21.
Not sure of the T&C... waiting to hear back on that.
Someone called from Genesys this morning to let me know the funds were there.Rated:0.5/ 5

From Club World Casinos Live Chat:
Naomi: We do not credit the international fee your bank charges you.
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to curb-side@live.com at the end of your chat.
Naomi: This goes for all players and this has always been the case.
Dru: Are you sure
Naomi: I'm very sure Dru.
Naomi: Your bank has charged this to you, that money is with them, we could not afford to give this fee out of our own pockets to all players.
Dru: My statement says that youre collecting the entire amount for the purchase
Dru: The fee is added on to the total purchase collected by you
Naomi: So there is no mention to an international fee? Can I ask the amounts you are being charged?
Dru: hold for a sec
Naomi: Not a problem.
Dru: Oh yes you are right
Naomi: There is an international charge?
Dru: Yes
Naomi: In this case please discuss this with your bank as this is not coming to us.

Hello Guys,
I would just like to clear this up in regards to all Club World Group Casinos.
An international transaction fee is something that is charged by the bank, this is not something that we will cover. Usually you can avoid this by upgrading your bank account.
If however you feel you have been over charged, or double charged then we will be happy to look in to this for you.
I hope this clears things up, but if any of you have questions just get in touch with Cashier@ClubWorldCasinos.com
Regards
Stephen -

I can understand you being upset about these charges, but at the end of the day you are aware of it when you choose to make your deposit and therefore, choose to accept it as the price payable for the entertainment you wish to partake... asking the casino for it back seems quite odd to me
