I need some help, I won at Party casino, 22,376 dollars on the Golden Ox i hit all five of them, the screen went wild. I hope I dont have a problem but you know howthatgoes, i was playing on a bonus but i went thru the play thru many times. i need help!

Wow congrattsssssssss girl!!!!!!!!!!! What was the bonus you used? A free chip.... a depositing bonus? Did you deposit inbetween. If uncertain of the terms ask live chat.

if you used a bonus you may have a max cash out normally ten times what you deposited hope you put in a lot!! there are some no max bonus first thing you need to do is find out terms of your bonus good luck and great job

at ten times max cash out that would mean you put in 14 dollars they don't even allow that ask for a manager how much did you deposit??? the very least you should get is ten times that amount and then play out the rest and build but your comp points when your'e done redeem your comp points and play on them to cash them out you can get around some of it!!

 any of you really belive virtual would pay a dime of a jackpot win  and for a freechip you can be happy if they dont find any reason NOT to pay..  sorry but if you hit this in a virtual group casino your lost and your random is too.. sorry.. but hey iam sure they show here how they will regain your trust, always remeber theyre on a new leaf sorry just too funny-- cheers coxwel

Oh Debra that SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! I am also sorry 2 say I am not the least bit surprised..... ya gotta stay away from these Virtual casinos!!!!!!!!!! They r NOT reputable. There r many of us who have had similar experiences @ the Virtual group. Stick w/ the good ones, they r out there. Some examples r Casino33, Playfair, & Lake Palace. Again, I'm sorry 4 your bad experience & I hope u learned a lesson |
