I am burnt out playing at RTG sites so with the stock market crashing today I decided to use a 900% coupon with 30x playthru at Bet Phoenix.  Please remember I have defended Bet Phoenix on threads because I never had a problem there in the past with a withdrawal.  I picked my coupon and filled out my credit card info ansd clicked enter.  It said my card was blocked.  I went to the chat and was told it had to be done manually.  I wasnt thrilled but the people there have always been great to me.  So finally they got my deposit into my account and my bonus.  The only Rival slots I like are Day at the Races and the 3d slots.  I go to the slot menu and they didnt even have Day at the Races so off to the 3d slots I went.  Every 3d slot I clicked on I got an error message.  I have always played on instant play because there was never a reason to download it.  So, thinking if I download the software maybe the 3d slots would work.  I gave up downloading after getting an error message 3 times.  I didnt bother asking customer service about the 3d slots because if they dont work they dont work.  The icing on the cake was when I was playing the barrel something slot.  On a $3 bet I got 10 free spins.  On the 1st spin I get 10 more free spins.  On my 3rd free spin I got the barrel on column 2 and 3 that expand to all spaces on those 2 columns.  I thouight I hit big.  My jaw dropped when it said I won $0.  On at least 5 more spins I had winning combinations and got $0.  My total winnings from my bonus was $0.  That was it for me.  I said to Lottie Lab F*** this.  I played betwen $5 to $10 a spin til my account was $0 because I was so pissed off about the accumulating events.  No more Bet Phoenix or any rival site for me ever again.  Good luck with your online gaming everyone.

Wow that is not good!
You definitely should of had wins with the the 2 barrels. I play that game all the time so I can say for sure you got cheated out of your win(s)! Sorry, maybe they will make it right for you!

You should of immediately went to live chat when this happened. Sounds like there was a def glitch in the game. In fact i don't think it is too late. They must have a history of your play time to check it out i would think.

But what amazes me more is that you play a rogue casinos and never had any probs. So do tell what is your secret!

U may not believe this but I treat every customer service person no matter what my problem is like they are king or queen of their country.  I have to admit more than once I have gone totally nuts at people at Vegas Casino21 but thats the only place this has happened.  Even my withdrawal problems a year ago at Aztec, Winward, Yes We Can and Black Lights I never got nasty with them.  In return I get treated well.  The customer service people at all these casinos are so use to people treating them like chit.  90% of the time at the end of my chat sessions they thank me for being nice to them in 1 way or another.  In general customer service people are suppose to kiss the players butts, I kiss theirs.  I treat others like I want to be treated.  Heres an example from today at Bet Phoenix with 1st my deposit then my bonus needed to be done manually.  After my bonus was done I asked Jessica if she had to do every customers deposits and bonuses manually.  She said only credit card deposits.  I said wow I wouldnt want your job, over and over all that manually.  You wouldnt believe how I get treated showing I care about their job.

hi gunnylab, thank you for this post, it's a good reminder for me.....and you are right, and I would not want their jobs, because for the most part, I am sure these reps are hit hard with a lot of bad....I know there are "bad" reps out there too, I have heard some horror stories and actually seen chat screens here from reps that shouldn't be doing those jobs, but for the most part, these people are here to assist us, and the front line staff (no matter what line work it is) always seems to get the brunt of the "bad" unhappy people....again, thanks for reminding me..as I have had some unpleasant experiences lately, but might wanna bite my tongue be patient....its just a kinder way to be and also might keep my blood pressure....down=)
