Okay, here is what I do to help monitor my playthrough with
Rival casinos instead of having to ask support. When claiming my coupon I figure out how much I have to playthrough and write that amount down. Then i make sure the coupon states I will receive full comp points. Then before I place a bet I write down how many comp points I have before I begin playing. I just monitor my comp points for playthrough. So if you started with say 1000 comp points and playthrough is $2000.00 when my comp points reach 3000 I check to see if I have made playthrough. It will always tell you in the cashier when you click on the coupon you claimed if you have made playthrough yet. I do agree with you that there should be an easier way. I wish that once you make playthrough a pop up box would come up on the screen saying "Congratulations you have made playthrough!"
Now if your coupon you claimed does not give comp points the method I described above will not work and if you only receive 1/2 a comp point for each 1.00 than it will have to be computed differently. If you use the example above and you started with 1000 comp points and playthrough was $2000.00 than you will have to have 5000 comp points to make playthrough. I NEVER ask support about my playthrough, I feel it brings me bad luck. lol
