I started in 1998. My first casino was Carribean Gold. I was a senior in college. Taking computer network. Their banner kept popping up on various sites I visited. I took my debt card and deposited $100. Won $1900, I still remember it. Like it was yesterday. In order to cashout they had to mail you a pin #. After about a week I went to Circuit City and bought a $1500 Compaq computer to play at home. I mus ta stay in the house for weeks, if not months (accept for school). Because all my friends when they saw me. Was asking were I've been?

I first started playing a few years ago when a friend tried to talk me into making a deposit at Full Tilt Poker. I was so nervous i refused to do it. So he sent me some cash from his players account to mine and i played for real money for the first time.
Needless to say i was hooked. After the UIGEA stepped in 2006 it was near impossible for me to make deposits because at that time i was using FirePay and they went under thanks to our lovely government.
I started to play free no deposit chips at the online casinos and before long i was making deposits there too. The rest is history.

Wow, it's hard to remember, probably around 2002 or '03 maybe '04. I know played on Roxy Palace for the longest time. Man I miss Microgaming. I didn't really play other brands until 2006 (UIGEA) came along, then I had to switch to US friendly MG sites and RTG, Rival eventually. But Roxy Palace was great, that was my first regular site.

I started in 1998, but I can't remember the 1st casino I played. I remember hitting a Royal right in the beginning at Captain Cook's casino (MGS) and waiting 3 weeks for the check to get to me.

I started around 1999. First casino was intercasino. I also signed up at omni casino and one other that was using that software. They send me the pin for withdrawls by mail. at that time, I was also depositing into sportsbooks. When I first started, my favorite software was playtech because I loved playing dr. Lovemore and a night out. After playtech left u.s. market, I was depositing at betroyal casino. Won big jackpot and ran into major problems with payout. It was great having freedom to play anywhere you wanted in the early days. I'm really curious what the future holds for u.s. players because it's just a state of limbo now and very rarely playing online.

Fun topic chocolateman. The first online casino I ever downloaded was InterCasino. I was totally amazed that there were slots online. I played the heck out of La Fiesta, Love Bugs, Kanga Cash and all those old school Cryptologics. At first this was fun play because I was a little nervous to deposit but it didn't take long before I took the plunge. Good times

My first experience was 2005 with Golden Palace. Over about 6 months I lost $4000 but won it back when I hit a jackpot! I also enjoyed River Belle, made a few withdrawals there till they finally kicked me out in 2010 for being US. I miss Microgaming

The good days are long gone. This is just crumbs left over from the good ole days. Those who missed the beginning missed out on a lot of good times. I was one of the earliest person to have a Firepay, Neteller, and Party Poker account in the USA. I remembered when paypal was the choice of deposits.

I think I started in 2007 or early 2008... my first casino was Gold VIP Club... that was the only one I played at for a long time and then I found LCB and branched out! katt
