I'm wondering about this process.  Since I've been playing at some of the new RTG casinos (e.g. Grand Parker and onbling), I wondered how the reps come on board to handle any problems or issues customers may have.  Thanks.

hello caseyk,

I think the casino reps first have to be approved by zuga.

we have not promoted these casinos yet at our site, so it might take a while.

They are requested to join by Admin and any mods dealing with reps.  They don't always take up the offer though.

Do you know if they've been invited to join?  I got a call from the rep
At classycoins today introducing herself.  She said if I had any issues or needed help to contact her.  I like the fact they are trying to personalize the service.

I don't know caseyk. It's great that you are receiving a somewhat personalized service.  It definitely makes a difference.

That is a good question caseyk.

Most of the time We invite them to join LCB and help in assisting our membership. Occasionally they contact us with this request.

We strive to provide the best possible service to our members and help them with any potential issues. We also want to build up the trust and transparency between players and operators.

So far I think We are doing good job, with all the outstanding issues being resolved. And I have to applaud those active Casino Reps, which really shows their genuine interest to be at player's service.

Of course some Representative have been / still are reluctant to join LCB for the various reasons. Most of the time its due to hostility of some members and bashing that can occur at open forums that scares them.

Even though I do understand that it can be frustrating for a player at times, Ive also seen uncalled rants and bashing and false complaints in the past 4+ years. So from that perspective I can also understand if Casino Reps wish to resolve these issues"behind the scene" aka without publicly posting.

This is where we usually correspond with them through emails and try to resolve the complaints.

Regarding the Grand Parker, onbling and their group we are currently in talks. Im most likely to meet them in person at the upcoming Conference in London next week and discuss things.

cheers
Zuga

I see in another thread that Onbling casino has a forum rep.  Is GrandParker and ClassyCoins going to be added (invited) as well?

We have added Onbling and have asked the rep to sign up to the forum. We want to see feedback for Onbling as well as how they respond to members, to us and then we will add the rest of the brands

I added a thread to talk about some of these casinos.  I think it should be clear to the members who they are associated with.  I truly believe it's virtual, silveroak or winpalace.  They should at least disclose this before people deposit there because I've had some problems with them now.  It goes beyond the security documents too.
