That is a good question caseyk.
Most of the time We invite them to join
LCB and help in assisting our membership. Occasionally they contact us with this request.
We strive to provide the best possible service to our members and help them with any potential issues. We also want to build up the trust and transparency between players and operators.
So far I think We are doing good job, with all the outstanding issues being resolved. And I have to applaud those active Casino Reps, which really shows their genuine interest to be at player's service.
Of course some Representative have been / still are reluctant to join LCB for the various reasons. Most of the time its due to hostility of some members and bashing that can occur at open forums that scares them.
Even though I do understand that it can be frustrating for a player at times, Ive also seen uncalled rants and bashing and false complaints in the past 4+ years. So from that perspective I can also understand if Casino Reps wish to resolve these issues"behind the scene" aka without publicly posting.
This is where we usually correspond with them through emails and try to resolve the complaints.
Regarding the Grand Parker, onbling and their group we are currently in talks. Im most likely to meet them in person at the upcoming Conference in
London next week and discuss things.
cheers
