Hi gang, whenever you think, it couldn´t get worse... Rival will do it! Last month I actually made playthrough at VRC on a free chip. But instead of withdrawing I wanted to be a good sport and wager the 50 € on a deposit bonus. If I were a casino manager, I would have said "great, you´re welcome, go for it!" Actually there are casinos out there that encourage you to do so with an additional bonus. Rival support then told me that this wouldn´t be possible. I would have to withdraw first and could then deposit if I like to. About this a sent a pm to Nic, because I think this is a rather embarassing performance for a casino customer service (me throwing money at them and they are rejecting it). Nic could only explain that that is way business is done with Rival. So far so good. No real surprise. Still considering to deposit with Rival (in general) comes now the sweet part. Last week was my birthday and I received some mails with free chips. Among others there was a mail from box24 promising a special bonus and a mail from 21grand even promising a gift. Installed them again, logged in...and found nothing in my account. For box24 rival support said the usual "not eligible, bonus banned". With 21grand it was basically the same. But the girl would check with the management. Next day I actually received another e-mail from them stating that the "gift" would be credited in my account now. Happily I logged in again...to find nothing. Rival support then told me that "credited" means "is being checked by the manager". At that point I stopped the conversation. I am in sales and marketing myself and if someone of our customer service would play like this on my customers you would find me with a smoking gun in the news. Being bureaucratic and non-caring is one thing, but behaving like this in a special, personal situation like a birthday is not only unprofessional, it is insulting to the customer and sabotage to the company. Now they could send me their "gift" as cold hard cash in an envelope, I wouldn´t deposit with them. Rather would I donate the money to Gamcare or gamblers anonymous or the first global LCB meeting

they let you start loose , then before you know it, your out of money. and they are very slow and rude. in the last 4 or 5 years i spent at least 200.00$ a day, alot at the pantasia, the mass being owned by the british group. they act like they could care less about the customers, just spend your money...anyway, i went through 2 cancer surgerys and barrying my son, came back after a year. couldnt find my old info, so i opened another acct., as soon as i got on i contacted live support, they told me i could make deposits or play free play, but was not allowed any bonuses at all. they act like 10 or 12 dollars is comming out of their personal pockets, most do not win much. i definately will not recomend them nor use the certain ones from that group,no matter what gaming they use.thanx very much for sites like this one to do research and be able to stick to my word

Jax, it is still possible to have fun with Rival gaming: - Ignore the group. They will ban you anyway. - Ignore the (central) zombie customer support. Go directly to casino manager. Keep in mind that also the good, independent Rival casinos like Vegas Regal utilize the central "support". So forget about Live Help and contact management directly. For instance, you can contact Vegas Regal manager Nic in this forum (or the other) via PM. So much for an constructive answer. Now I have to say that my reason for starting this thread is that I was personally annoyed with these "birthday chips". In your case you cannot expect them to know about your personal situation. If I were a casino manager who would learn that one of my support team throws out a customer that wagers 200 a day, you wouldn´t find me with a smoking gun in the news, but with blood on my hands.

I went a whole year after signing up with Rivals and had no problems. Suddenly about a month ago Tropica decides to ban me from promotions. Said I had duplicate accounts which isnt true. Since then, Rivals are dropping me like a stone, and I am bonus banned in many of them now. I never deposited with alot of them anyways, so it is no big loss. rokko, your story is interesting, and I did indeed laugh when I read it at more Rival tactics and practices. I am beginning to not care that I am being banned at Rivals. Thanks for the post. PMM

Well, from reports and personal experience. I am dropping all but the 2 who have shown me some nice attitude. VRC and Slotto. RTG is (ATM) Cherry Red, Slot Madness and Slot Oasis. Sometimes I have seen casinos act pretty strange to good customers..>Never have figured out what is the casue.

Rivals are known for their lousy customer service. I've read and experienced so many stories already I've lost count. I'm bonusbanned at almost all of them now, can't say I really care anymore, not after reading all the complaints, also on other forums. It was pure a coincidence that I read somewhere that 21 Grand is in fact GoldRock casino under a new name. I almost signed up thinking they were new. Now THAT would have got me into a massive amount of trouble you won't believe! Having duplicate accounts is the worst possible crime you can commit at Rivals, exept from cashing out on a bonus, thats even worse. I only have Vegas Regal left, and Sloto, after even Box24 banned me from promotions after 5 deposits and NO CASHOUTS!! DaVinci's Gold even closed my account after 8 deposits and NO CASHOUTS because I took a bonus on every deposit! Then why do you offer them if I'm not allowed to take them??? Playing Rival without a bonus? No, thanks, lol..

i got too a lot freebies from Rivals to my Birthday and everyday is there too a mail from 21grand that i'm a special friend e.t.c. but i didn't play these freebies because i don't like Rivals and theire games. I'm not bonus banned and i think some are better than others ( Vegas Regal ) . My reason why i don't play there again is, that you have most often really high playtroughs and maximum cashouts of 20- 50 usd. and then you will be bonusbanned. This isn't worth for me to spend my time there, and the games aren't really great. But this is only my own opinion:-) goodluck and win big!!!! Josie1231

jschaub, I noticed when I went to download the casino on my download it clearly said Goldrock. I guess they changed their name. Why don't they notify people with accounts if and when they decide to change their name? We have no way of knowing and then we download and sign up, thinking it is a new site just to find out we already have an account and end up getting banned. I happen to really enjoy the rival game but I find it very difficult to win anything.

Even if I repeat myself: Just ignore them! They set up a casino under a generic name (how many jackpot-winner-slots-vegas-party-andsoon casinos do you know?). They promote it with free chips. You sign up only to learn that it is the same old wine. And then they accuse of cheating because of existing accounts. Who needs this? There are so many decent casinos out there...

They did I think... I recall 1st hearing of the $21 no deposit bonus at 21grand a while back... this was 3 days before it launched. I signed up and a message popped up saying people who have a gold rock account had been notified of the change and can just sit back and their account will be automatically switched over. Put it this way though... if a casino is doing well and is respectable then why would they change their name?

Hi Deb, it was before goldrock and they changed theire name a while ago, i think i saw it on a forum postet. i didn't create a new account at 21Grand, but i see that others had problems after registering a new account, multiple accounts. i think they will find a reason to dont pay you out if they wont pay out. The only thing we can do is try to do all right and then we have too get a little bit luck to be paid:-)
