I'm sorry, I just wrote exactly what the letter said from RED FLUSH to me..
they outright lied to me. I cannot believe they put their lies in writing.

You're ok still with me. They (I guess) aren't to be too trusted though others have dealt with them I guess it's that strange thing.
I DID hit the website, started the download and couldn't sign up. Though they DO have the US flag on their website, which to me indicates "USA Welcome"
I think an email is valid just pointing out how "Questionable" they have now become to us.
