I played with this bonus today and after meeting the WR I had left 110.00 and I asked for withdrawal, but tonight I got email that it has been declined.

Yes guys, Grande Vegas and also it's sister casinos Jackpot Capital and Slotastic, changed their T&C some time ago and now they are not paying you your winnings from no deposit bonus if your last transaction was also no deposit bonus. It was great for all when they were paying all winnings from many no deposit bonuses that they were giving, but now it's a different story.
