Good or bad experience at Slotocash casinos

I am thinking about depositing at Uptown Aces casino and i wanted to see if anyone has had any experience at any of the Sloto group casinos. I did deposit at Miami Club casino and had all of 3 minutes of play time. Was not a good experience for me  8'|.

Thanks bongo. I have been taking some of the free offers but i am not sure if i can withdraw since i have not deposited there. They do offer lots of free rolls which is good. I spoke with customer service Monday to get my username. The CSR was great.

My last withdrawal was placed on a Friday and I had my cash out in hand by Wednesday morning.  Now mind you this was at the beginning of the month, yet it was a rather nice change of pace.
Honestly for withdrawal speeds all I can give you is a luke warm feeling about there speed.  Mainly because I've had some rather fast withdrawals from them and some rather slow ones. The most I've ever waited for my money was 2 weeks. I really think it all has to do with how many cash outs are sitting with the withdrawal processor at the time.
The only other thing I wasn't thrilled about was the fact they now make you wait a mandatory 48 business, not physical hours before they'll even do anything with your cash out.
Otherwise with most of the freebies I've been getting and the fact the promos are now cashable.  I still play at them pretty loyally.  Hope that gives you some insight.

Well i did deposit at Uptown Aces and it was a good experience. I played for a while before busting out. I will most definitely play again and maybe at Sloto Cash too.

Does anyone know if you have to deposit between free chips  Also I have heard Ms. Sloto is great , i do not know if she is still around but i would love to know if she is and if she is helpful if a problem arises.

Last I knew it was one freebie per deposit.  Yet for some reason cashback doesn't count.  So like you can claim cashback and a free chip and you'll be ok.  Otherwise like redeem a managers code and a free spin code back to back.  Then cashing out on the second one would cause you an issue.
It didn't used to be this way, yet I'm guessing they must have had some "abuse" in the past with this.

WON $500 from LCB slot tournament at Sloto Cash last month and I was surprised that their payment was really quick.  It took only 3 days for Fedex delivery.  Just made another cashout earlier today, $900 winning from $3.50 cash back.  I might get the check longer this time because the withdraw was made over the weekend.  I am wondering why they do not have the Cardpay withdrawal option like JC group has.  This withdrawal option is faster than the check delivery and only $9 fee compared to $30 fee for the Check withdrawal.

It is very hard to find a casino that pays without hassle. I have no idea why i have never deposited at Sloto Cash group of casinos before but from my experience with the casino and live chat so far so good. I did win $50 playing keno on a penny at Uptown Aces yesterday but i did not get it built up to cash out  . I did have a lot of play time though on $1.75 cash back i received  . Very nice change.

Well, sloto cash had problems in the past with slow payout. Hopefully things have changed as they are a decent group. If USA had an ewallet, $50 could be cashed out and redeposited somewhere with 100% bonus and giving you $100 to go hard or go home on. I miss the good ole days.

Seriously, I do not like their 48 hours rule.  If you want to make the deposit, you would have to wait 48 hrs for them to process your payout or you would  have to cancel your pending payout and if you do cancel your payout and make the withdrawal again, then u have to wait for another 48 hrs.

That does not sound good at all. I also read where some of the CSR 's are not knowledgeable and it is hard to get in touch with the rep sometimes  8'|. I wonder if Ms. Sloto is still around

I am a little peeved right now because the only place i gave my number to was the sloto cash group and somehow Gossip slots got it and sent me a text msg last night 8'|. I only just started putting my correct phone number after i saw on a different forum where a player was denied a small win at CWC because of it. I did put my correct number for the casinos but i had my number changed after Silver Oak casino would not leave me alone.I know beyond a doubt i gave my number to only Uptown Aces and Sloto cash so how did Gossip Slots get it  Really  .

Well Rumor has it that Slotocash is using a centralized support system.
From time to time I do get promotional phone calls for other casinos.  I have no idea why, I don't like it either.
Otherwise do I honestly have any real issues with Slotocash not really.  I don't like the 48 hour wait, but it everything there "system" has seemed to have it's "kinks" worked out from before.
I'm just not finding the cash out button as often as I would like.  I get that why it's called gambling, yet really after my nice few hits in August.  I can't even seem to get close to making playthru these days.  At least I'm getting some nice play time though.
As for Gossip Slots, at least that's a halfway decent casino group.  Kind of a weird casino since they focus on the mobile player, but I haven't heard too many bad things about Gossip Slots really.

I also noticed that there is no option to send my chat to my email. When i asked CS to send my chat to me they said you can do it yourself. When i told them there was no option they said thanks for letting us know  8'|. Seems like they should already be aware of this. I like to keep copies of my chat in case i happen to win and i need to contact chat about it.

When I run across this Rena, I usually copy and paste into word pad and save it.

Georgina sent me a copy of it  . Kind of frustrating though because i like to save my emails while i am playing just in case something happens and i need it as a reference. Without proof it is always he said she said which can be really bad for a big win withdraw.
