i recieved a decent birthday bonus at all slots casino....villento only gave me 8000 vip points which is equall to a whopping $8.00......rich reels didn't give me anything and i complained to customer support and was told i recieved a bonus from villento [they are sister casinos] and i raised hell with them because i depsoit at both and should be recognized as so...they finally game me only $10.00.....intertops gave me nothing at all...i also complained to customer support and after going back and forth for a few days they finally gave me $50.00.....i managed to get a few more birthday bonuses from several other casinos by talking  to customer support....you should try contacting support at all the casinos you deposit at and let them know you have recieved birthday bonuses from other casinos but no theirs and ask what they can do for you, it's worth a try...the worst that can happen is you waste a few minutes and they say no, but on the other hand you just might be able to get them to give you something.......oh and be sure that you let them know you are very disappointed with the casino, and thatv you might just stop playing with them...they are almost always willing to give out a little freebie in order to keep a customer......good luck and let me know if you manage to get anything!!!
