This is copied and pasted from a conversation I had with a customer service rep from the goldvipclubcasino today.  It appears they are somewhat notorious for this behavior and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Kinda long but wanted to share..

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Casino Support'

Casino Support: Welcome to casino support how may I assist you?

you: i received a letter in the mail for $50 free and was directed to a site called your50free.com and the site does not work.

Casino Support: That coupon code is for only customers signed by the proper authorized affiliates.  It is sent out by affiliates in the US. Unless you have signed up with the proper affiliate the bonus will not work. Unfortunately, because we are not located in the US, we do not have control over the actions of spammers who mail out their promotion codes.  If you entered the code and were unable to redeem the bonus than you are not eligible; as this was a special promotion. But for the inconvenience I can offer you 250% on your first deposit!

you: i haven't tried to enter a code because i cannot even go to the website. i am getting a message that it does not exist

Casino Support: our website is www.goldvipclub.com

you: yes that is how i found this chat applet thank you. the letter i received in the mail today told me to go to a site called www.your50free.com so is that a dummy site or what is going on..

Casino Support: we have match bonuses

Casino Support: you can receive 250% on your 2 first deposits

Casino Support: with the code WELCOME250

Casino Support: then all your deposits can be matched

Casino Support: up to 500%, depends the promotion of the week Smiley

Casino Support: just go to the cashier

Casino Support: and redeem the coupon code before you start playing

you: no i don't want those bonuses. maybe i wasn't clear. i received a letter in the mail TODAY not last month. it said i will get $50 free on the house with no deposit necessary. it gave me a website to go to called www.your50free.com and when i attempted to go to that website it said it doesn't exist. so please don't patronize me by thinking i am misunderstanding what the letter said. You are a company who hires (obviously) someone to do your marketing for you with this letter. You have control over what they send to your potential customers. If they are trying to fraud the customer by sending out a website that doesn't even exist that you as well are sending that letter out. so is the letter a fake or is it real?

you: hello?

Casino Support: it was not sent by us

Casino Support: it was sent by affiliate

Casino Support: by a bogus affiliate

you: it has your logo on it

you: who is steve allen? client care manager? and how do i contact him?

Casino Support: the mail you received was not sent by us

Casino Support: but by a bogus affiliate who used a template for our emails

you: well i am stunned that your care in this matter is so insignificant. i would like my $50 free as the letter with your logo on it says i can get on the house. i am going to report this to every agency out there that will post bogus casino sites immediately!

you: and i'm going to send you a couple other letters from other customers who apparently have the same problem with you and your letters that you do not send!

Casino Support: you are welcome to send a letter back to the person who sent you the letter

you: Jan 15, 2008

you: They wrote me this Dear xxxxxxxx, The $20 chip that you received is subject to the terms and conditions posted. Which means that the maximum payout on this type of bonus is $200 This is the end of story . Best luck Thank you Happy new year GoldVipClub i mean they wrote one time this one time that, they ingnore it totally,if this chip had a 2000$ playtrough and it has..so it is for sure unlimeted payout, and they self wrote this to me and the member in this thread.

you: february 26, 2009

you: I received a letter in the mail (they sent me two letters) stating that I had a $21 free chip. Bonuse code was 21FREE however when I went to redeem it, it wouldn't work. So I contacted casino support and this is what I got: Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are now chatting with 'Casino Support' Casino Support: Welcome to Gold VIP Club, how may I assist you? Spencer71: I received a letter in the mail saying that I have $21 free. When I tried to redeem it, it said to contact customer service. Casino Support: One moment please Casino Support: May I have your username please? Spencer71: Spencer71 Casino Support: After carefully checking your account, I can see that you did not come through the correct path in order to qualify for this bonus. Since this is the case, I’m sorry I cannot credit your account with the $21 free. Casino Support: We try hard to ensure that such situations do not occur, and we do apologize for this error, however, you are more than welcome to take advantage of our welcome bonus in which you will receive 300% on your first deposit! Spencer71: The correct path? I followed the instruction on the letter. From Steve Allen, Client Care Manager. Casino Support: Unfortunately the only thing I can suggest you do is contact support@goldvipclub.com explaining you received this letter and providing them with a copy of it and that it could not be redeemed Casino Support: This way they can redeem it for you

you: your site is a fraud.. why don't you just admit it!

Casino Support: you are welcome to send a letter back to the person who sent you the letter

you: oh but you are the company who sent the letter and you will not convince me different of that especially now that i'm finding your customers who write on how you tried to fraud them also. and who knows how long you've been getting away with this. well you sent that letter to the wrong person this time.. you won't even give me a name like most casion support staff.

Casino Support: we have match bonuses

Casino Support: you can receive 250% on your 2 first deposits

Casino Support: with the code WELCOME250

Casino Support: then all your deposits can be matched

Casino Support: up to 500%, depends the promotion of the week Smiley

Casino Support: just go to the cashier

Casino Support: and redeem the coupon code before you start playing

you: so you are not willing to honor the free $50 from the letter i received, is that what i am understanding?

Casino Support: please read above

Casino Support: the letter WAS NOT SENT BY US

Casino Support: but BY A BOGUS AFFILIATE

you: it is a yes or no question. are you going to honor it or not?

Casino Support: The mail was sent to you by a 3rd party and we don’t promise the things they promise in their mails

you: and your "bogus affiliates" have been sending letters out on your behalf for years?

you: ok i understand where you stand on this subject.

Casino Support: you are welcome to send them a letter back

Casino Support: and ask them why do they send you promotions that don't work

GVC has long been known for this practice.

Do a search on this web site and you'll see it is a constant and ongoing scam in the regard of lying about "Unknown" or "Illegal" affilates.
