I ALWAYS have to call these places on the phone and end up with less than friendly people to deal with when it comes to bonus codes.  Has anyone had better luck with these places than I have? Is there a better time to try to get live help? I dont dislike these casinos, I used to play at Golden quite frequently, but something about their live help leads me to believe there is less of a desire to please the customer, than some other casinos.  How can you have a online casino and not have live help? I know this topic has been done before but I just thought it worth mentioning again as I was trying to get our LCB exclusive for a free $20(EAOV1209) from Online Vegas, in which you must contact live help in order to get it.
