I was wondering the same thing, Blue.  I deposit loyally there and am  treated like crap.  After 20+ deposits, I'm still stuck at VIP level 1 of 9.  I get zippo/zero/nadda 'special treatment' for being a loyal customer. 

I actually paid for a tourney and it wouldn't show up.  The other 6 paid for tournies did but not that one.  After 2 managers and 45 minutes on the phone, I was reluctantly given the tourney, but only after they called me a liar. 

Why do I keep playing there?  I like the tournies.  Truthfully, I'm ready to move on. Pretty sure GO would prefer it anyway.
