Can Anyone explain what is going on with Rival. I have played and payed alot of money I decided to try some new ones out I played at club casino $7.00 lost so I went to Fortune reel Never played went to claim bonus . They said I need to cool down for 1 hour because I just played at another casino and stopped me! Why ! I asked is this in your rules he said no I said are the reels hot because I dint think so He said No we need you to cool down for 1 hour and try back! whats up with that! |

Hi Gerigirl..yes, this is a typical thing with Rival Casinos, but not ALL Rival Casinos I guess it depends if they are on the same server or not. If they are..it takes an hour cool down period between promotions. I guess the computers won't process them. Its not too bad..go have a coffee  Welcome to our forum! Nalgenie |

I had that happen to me, but rest assured after exactly one hour you can redeem the n/d at the next casino. Although when I asked live chat about it they didn't use the term "cool down"...they just said I had to wait an hour.

It seems to be something with the Rival software itself, not the individual casinos. when you get the message it shows a (203 error). That same error code is across the board and is software based not casino based.

i had the same problem downloading but i installed fire fox and have no problem downloading.

I had window vista and got no problem downloading. Make sure to check with your anti virus software if you have one. hey im cant even download a rival casino any 1 else having this problem when running windows vista?

It was someone from a Rival Casino (and Jimbeau) that also suggested to me
to install Firefox to alleviate this problem, in downloading, and some other glitches
that are prevalent in IE7 and IE8.
