english harbour won't give me the bounus they offered

i received an e-mail from english harbour that said if i made my first deposit this weekend they would give me a 200% bonus

i made the deposit. now they say they don't know anything about a 200%bonus offer!

I stoped playing on thier sites becouse they are Stupid and they took lots of my money.My accounts are blocked now.I guess they didn't like my Video Blog i did.But i don't care,bloging is legal and i will do them on any site that screws me
