I remember knowing that somebody post a website that report the RTG casino that don't pay their customers, I couldn't find it again.  Someone please post here if you know.  Thanks

Club players using two many reasons to delay or maybe not paying their customers.  It took 21 days for my winning to be approved, 14 days after the approval date, I still haven't got paid yet.  Everytime I contact livechat, they say it will process next week, I contact them again the week after, they continue to say next or next week.  Lilly, a acct livechat at club player, even tried this excuse

Lilly: Please take into consideration is getting quite hard to send funds earned from gamming to the U.S. since the government continues on setting obstacles in our way; we must dodge those in order to sent funds to our players. We do understand the fact this aggravates several of our players, however, we are trying relentlessly to send those funds.


it took 2 days to be processed by using usemywallet as a withdrawal, but it took them forever.

wowww, after keep bothering them and want to report them to RTG and also post on all casino forums this morning.  They just sent it to me within 2 hrs.  Still, I will never play with them again.

I had a problem at 1 time but it was fixed and i did receive my money.I have anouther payout pending and this one was approved faster.Now i just wait and see.The only sites that didn't pay me where,golden casino,captian jacks and windows casino.

Windows casino seems to be very new.

I guess it really does pay off to complain at these casinos. If you ride them long enough and threaten to give them a bad name at casino forums they have a tendency to speed things up.
