They are soooo slow.  Try 1-866-881-4283 or 1-86-321-7068 Press 1 and than 2 right away. 

Don't expect anything but rude customer service.  At least that was my experience today.   Gah.. the manager told me I was eligible for zero deposit bonus...again.. after upwards of 30 deposits.  They could give a rats ass if their customers go elsewhere.

Sorry.. went off topic.  Good Luck with getting ahold of them.  Never try online support unless you have atleast 1 hour to wait.
