OMG, this casino is too slow in payment.  I made a withdrawal on Feb 26th by wire transfer, it was approved on Mar 4th and I still havent received the payment yet.  Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry  they said it takes 2-10 business days for wire transfer, its been 11 business days since Mar 4th already.  Today is weekend already, seems like I have to wait for another week.  Dam, no gambling action for me this week  Sad Sad Sad cuz I'm out of fund  Cry Cry Cry Cry

Is it a big payout Taaadaaa?  Why do they take so long - it really doesn't make sense unless they invest it between withdrawal and sending it to you.

Definately go with the English Harbour group Gene...I have cashed out over 4 grand (with about a grand worth of deposits) in the past 6 weeks. I may not always win but my playing time exceeds most and when I do cashout my payments never take more than 5 days...with no bs from them, its great

This is pretty poor bearing in mind in your original post you say "they said it takes 2-10 business days for wire transfer".

2 days over what they reckon is the norm really is not good.  How long are you prepared to wait before you start kicking off about it Taaadaaa?

I dont know blue, all I can do now is wait wait and wait.  If I contact livechat, the answer I would get is "we exprerience some delays" and if I contact thru email then the answer I would get is "you get your money very soon".
I thought I might have submited a wrong acct number, so I doulbe checked with my bank earlier today, and the number was correct

today has been 13 business days, so I decided to call and was told that the delay came from some securities their banks need to take to transfer fund to the US, what a BS, and I will receive my payment very soon, maybe the end of this week or beginning of next week, wth, this is just like playing with virtual casino group, winning wont get paid in a month or more  Angry Angry Angry Angry

May I ask how much is your withdrawal? and was it by wire transfer?

I just contacted live support again and was told that they have tech delay and was told the same message "you will receive it very soon".  Dam, I've been so broke, lol, I had to borrow some money to pay for my internet bill today.
