Ive never had a problem with CC personally support is friendly just one thing with chips if you use a free chip make sure you do a deposit in between free chips their pretty strict about things .. but part from that like the name says thems some cool cats. -V |

I think they are one of those casinos that are on the LCB watch list for either slow pay or finding ways not to pay players at all. I would never deposit with them but in the past I did use some of their ND coupons, which they give away freely. As a rule, I generally don't deposit at those casinos which give away alot of ND bonuses or those huge deposit bonus coupons. |

Ive been paid out twice by the virtual group ... in all honesty i used too many chips with some of them and that was the reason i never got paid some times ..but if you read the rules ..and play the game you will have no problem with said casinos this is why so many have had trouble just need to deposit like at any other casino and track your coupon history ...too many free chips = do a deposit.

if you cashout and lucky enough to get paid, you're bonus opportunities will change dramatically. The U.S. market is bad enough right now with stalled payments, etc....why even bother with a place like this???

Straight up Caseyk theres no luck involved just have to follow the rules and play the game ..won a tournament just last night then used it to make money.. lot of hype about nothing if you ask me .. ive seen rouge and it dont fit the bill just another casino ..and I quite like their v.i.p program ..this can influence payout time btw ..

Azriel, How many more times are you going to promote the most famous rogue in history? Its absolutely ridiculous that you keep defending this casino. Do you work there? Whatever it is do me a favor and keep you comments about liking these people to yourself. Its not fair if your comments make someone think its ok to deposit.

Azerial if you are having the good fortune you say you are at this casino then you are in the very small percentage of players.
More players get the shaft than are treating right. It's gonna take a lot more positive feedback to convince me otherwise.

First off ill say what i like its a free world ..no i dont work for them im a roller i hit casinos and make money .. and i call it as i see it .. sure sounds like some people have had some trouble but thats no basis for a general label there must be tens of thousands of players out there lets hear some feedback im interested ...and Lips sorry but id like to see this majority percentage. |

Hi Everyone,
I have played at Cool Cat and WON and got paid! It took several months but that was for a great reason. It was a large payout! I play fair with all casino's I service so I expect the same in return. So people look at yourself first and ask if you are playing by the rules. Doing so can pay.

Played there for a while. Terms are tricky and need to be read carefully. Payouts are very slow and sometime take several reminders. Chat support may be clueless and unsupportive. Other then that - they are OK.

I played there a few years ago. While they have good bonuses, if you cashout be prepared for a lot of stress. They eventually paid but it was like pulling teeth and the waiting was terrible. I'm not the kind of person that can wait
Weeks to be paid considering it took seconds for me to deposit and pay them.
Right now with all the excuses the u.s. casinos are making not to pay players, this just adds to the stress. I have a job and don't need this extra responsibility in my life.
