hey e1, my username is p0kahontis at club world, lucky red, and aladdins. those bonuses you guys gave us during xmas and new years was great. But it sucks for people like me who have a bday jan 5 and you use those bonuses as a reason not to give me my bday gift. i was given 50 dollars at lucky red and nothing no where else because of those bonuses. IT'S NOT FAIR. THOSE BONUSES ARE FOR E1. To add insult to injury, i get 50 at lucky red and in the last six months i maybe deposited 500. For the year of course my deposits are more. After deposits freebies should not be counted against us when it comes to our bday bonuses. In the last six months, I have deposited over 1200 dollars at club world and for the year it is way more. And i can't get a freewbie for my bday. At Aladdins i deposited a minimum of 600 for the last six months and way more for the year and nothing from them. Because of the three holiday bonuses we were given, i got no bday bonus. My cousin rarely deposits and there bday was right before xmas. They got 100 from club world, and 50 from both aladdins and lucky red. What kind of s--t is that. sincerely, unhappy forty year old  |

p0kahontis, have you tried to tell them all that in customer support? It might be a good idea to contact them, even if they dont give you that bonus its a good thing to know what they have to say on the matter (at least thats something i would do).

i emailed them and all they said was i can't give you a bonus because of recent bonuses.

I agree with you. It just sucks. Im done with Club World group because I didnt get anything for xmas and new year because I was not home. After speaking with support the gave me $ 25......... I have also spent a great amount there.Last year I didnt get anything for my bday , I had to ask for it. I must say Im very dissapointed with them. Grande Vegas + Jackpot Capital + Slotastic send me snailmail with merry xmas and happy new year with $50+$50+$25 and all had to be used before 31. januar. Thats what I like the best or a nice email. Club World group could learn something from them regards how to treat their loyal players. |

They had a nice exclusive 50 ND for a very long time, i see there is no more of it, pretty bad for new players also. They are still paying winings despite every day growing infamy of RTG so i suppose ill continue to deposit there, i dont feel overwhelmed by alternatives in RTG. |

Please keep it mind. I casino doesn't have to give you a birthday bonus. Nor any bonus infact. They provide you with a cash service. That's like expecting your favorite grocery store. To give you free groceries just because you shop there and it's your birthday. In both cases you got what you "PAID" for. |

Sure right on the point with the supermarket, but the casinos started it themselves....by giving nd free chip, loyalty chips etc. If they havent done that I would not expect anything. |

I had an acct with each casino in clubworld group for 3-4 years now and my deposits was at least $2000+, but I never have birthday bonus. Keep in mind that clubworld doesn't have this type of bonus. Other casinos like jackpot capital, rushmore,.... have bd bonus, but not club world |
