Well i guess the youve won emails are going to keep coming.I recieved an email from winpalace today and yesterday saying i can recieve 80 free for the new years.The weird thing is the email has my name on it and says its from the client care manager for win palace casino.Usually when i have recieved these emails my name is not on it.I tried to redeem the code and of course it didnt work.Everytime someone inquires about one of these emails we are told its for new players.I know winpalace has my details so if its for new players why is my name on it?We all know casino titan and winpalace didnt give freebies for christmas or New years so what gives?I have deposited at both places quite a while ago so silly me thought just maybe they were doing what the club world group did. Oh well u cant teach an old dog new tricks Question ,is client care part of the casino?
