On another forum, a Class1 official posted this:

Players with positive balance on their casino account are kindly asked to contact Class 1 Casino support on support@class1casino.com to be able to process their funds immediately.

So there is still hope for the players. (Which doesn´t change anything in my personal opinion about this casino and their politics off silence for 2 weeks)

At least, as you say, there is hope for the players.  It's very frustrating to have a credit balance at a casino and not be able to get your hands on it plus not get any replies to emails,

Thanks for the extra info evilMax.

I think I read somewhere that Playtech probably decided to shut them down because they operate in Italian market without their regulator's license, and Playtech most likely did not want to jeopardize their Italian business because of a licensee's unauthorized operations... Anyway, it's good that the crisis is being sorted out for the sake of us players, especially those with remaining balances in Class 1.
There's no darkness but ignorance...

Sounds like a very plausible reason Cat and I can see why they would do it too.

Thanks for the info.

That is good news lilypad.  I expect you're relieved.

Definitely was, Blue. It's a lot of money to lose. Hope everyone else gets theirs, which I'm sure they will.
