Oh man! I can't believe what's going on here. Was playing with code SHERLOCK60, had a helluva run, hit big 2x, was up to $15,000.++ was playing Cleopatra's Gold for $20.00 a spin. All of a sudden, my balance vanishes and I got a lil window saying I hadn't sufficient funds to play the game! Got into chat & although James was very nice, he couldn't help & I was told to email the manager. I did do just that--waiting for a reply as he won't be there for another 3 hours. In the meantime, I have logged off the casino. I just went to log-in again and lo and behold, I am "not allowed to log in. Please contact casino support" There will be more on this as soon as I hear from them. Thanks for letting me post--am really quite upset over it...sigh. Jax

I was just at Palace of Chance talking to James. I sent my doc's in last week, about 5 days ago and they told me 24 to 48 hrs and I could redeem the $100.00 free chip. Well it has been 5 day's and now they are telling me I have to make a deposit first before I can get it. Well I did deposit this weekend, and it's not a bonus, it's a chip for sending in my doc's. I think as time goes on I think someone needs to turn them into Real Time Gaming. I won $16,000.00 at Slots of Vegas last April 2007 and my hard drive crashed on me and I took my computer to the shop to get it fixed, and that was on a Sat. and I didn't get it back until the following Tues. and on Monday I called to find if they had approved my withdrawl so I knew when I could start expecting my winnings. Well they informed me that I had spent it the day before and I had no winnings left. Well that is impossible, I had no tower to play on but I have the receipt to prove it was in the shop. They gave me a $900.00 free chip and I had to go through hoops to get that. I didn't even get half back for the big deposits like there ad says. I did get a VIP status and they said there was nothing else they could do for me. They are ripping us off, now I've heard of it happening to someone else. Well maybe we should get together and get, 2 strong complaints are better then 1 weak on. Thanks for the info. leighlee

the best thing i have found when playing with free chips is the following
1. play the required playthru
2. go to help and have them make a withdrawal, which is usually the value of the original chip, some of the casino's will do it immediately, i usually call rather then wait for chat....the people on the phone tend to have more knowledge then those just answering chat
3. have them redeposit with the promo they offer, play the required playthru again
4. at that point if you stay alive, you can make a withdrawal for 10 x the amount of the deposit

Let me brighten your knowledge a little. The same people in chat are the same people on the phones. I don't know where that came from. If you have played at these casino's for any length of time you would know that already.  I have a question for anyone that knows the answer. How do you contact real time gaming? Not as an investor but to file a formal complaint. It seems to me that if these casino's are backed or supported by Real Time Gaming then I'm sure they would support the complaintent if it was a legitimate one. I can't imagine a organization would condone what is happening to some of the casino customers.

RTG has brought back a dispute service It is called Central Dispute System , now as to the validity of them being able to handle disputes and appease both party's is something yet to be determined. Jax-sun's great run. A screenshot of what was happening. Jax-sun emailed me a number of times yesterday when she was trying to post a screenshot in hot games to share with others her run of luck.She obviously kept playing and got involved in the above or still couldn't post? Anyway here's an earlier screenshot I'll post on her behalf which shows her great run.

Just a little info..... 
BetRoyal has a message on the front page of their WEB site right now announcing a winner this month that won over $7k on a $30 deposit.
That was someone I know.
It is true they won that amount on that deposit amount.
...... but it was in October of last year! They sent them a little bit five weeks after the win....and a little bit more 3 weeks later....Never coming close to paying off what they owed the legitamate depositing player. Then they finally just make the winner so sick... of the constant excuses unanswered emails and phone calls, missing lost tracking numbers for checks sent by courier.....delays.... That they gave up trying...
Still to this day not payed. 8 months.... now they are still using it to advertise! Drag more depositers in they will not pay!

Well it sounds like to me that all the people who these casino's have screwed over need to stand up and do something about it. If we all stick together then maybe we will get our money, it's not like they don't have it. They make hundreds of thousands daily. But it's up to us as the players to make them either enforce the rules and regulations of realtime gaming or put them out of business. Why should they get away with ripping us off and they are getting rich off our money, our winnings. It's a scam that we as the players need to take control of.

Well, after several emails and 2 phone calls it seems I was wrong. I wasn't wrong about the money I won, on that they conceded. I was wrong to allow my visiting girlfriend use her "existing" account--a legitimate one--on MY computer! Not only will they not pay me, they have wiped out my account, as well as hers--though they are actually going to refund her deposit--and I remain locked out of my casino account. Sighhhh. I get thier point, but I already knew I couldn't withdraw more than $120.00 on that free chip. I just wanted to have some fun playing that down. They don't have much of a sense of humor, do they? NP, will just borrow a friend's name & addy for a new account!  I should work as I am moving this weekend and will have a new IP addy. I'll be offline for a few days folks, have a great weekend & keep posting those codes! Happy Father's day to all you dads out there!
