Hi, I'm new here, but wondered if anyone had anything to say about Cirrus? I have a pending withdrawl with them for $300. Won it on a $30 deposit, and I am sure I played thru my playthru. Has anyone had any experience with them and if they are reputable? Says it takes 10 days for approval, then another 7 days for payment to reach you. Geeshhh.

If you won it on the first spin I would ask live help about playthru requirerments. You might have to wager it more than one spin. I have no answer about if you need your documents on file or not with your chosen withdrawl method. Faxing them is not difficult though if you do, and they tell you when they recieved them. LAst I heard they were giving $100 free chip for faxing your documents on file.  DO NOT take any more free chips or coupon codes there while you have a pending withdrawl.  It will void your winnings. Hope this helps.  Smiley

I made a withdrawal once on Cirrus - I withdrew more than the max that I could and they took it on manager approval (which means they just take the money back and you dont see any of it) but the coupon I used was 10 times the deposit so I could have a max of $200 -  which they duly gave me.

So providing you've met the playthrough - you should get it.  Did you use a coupon?  If so, what is the maximum you can withdraw?  You should limit your withdrawal to that and play off the rest because they will just take the difference never to be seen again.

Hi, Thanks for the info. I had a playthru of $2880, which I met, and a max cash out of 10X for a maximum of $300. It wasn't a coupon, but a bonus they were offering with a deposit.  How long did it take for you to see your winnings?
 Thanks again for replying.

I believe it took about a week but I think they were in a hurry to take the "manager approved" withdrawal of $3800.  I used Neteller as I do for all casinos.

And welcome to the LCB  Grin.
