  • today is Monday, 11/15/2010.  I felt the world is turn up side down on me when I found out that paradise8 denied my $650 withdrawal because I had charge back with Tropica casino by using Echeck.  I deposited $30 to paradise8 on Nov 7th by Echeck and this deposit came from the cash money available in my Echeck account at a time (not come from the money that Echeck will debit from my bank account), I won $300 with paradise8 from this deposit and I did reverse several times and won up to $650, yes I spent lots of time with paradise8, lucky enough to win this amount, but it was denied.  I deposited $25 to Tropica on Nov 9th by Echeck (Echeck will debit this amount in my bank account).  I did not check my bank statement regularly, as a result I had insufficient fund in my bank and Echeck couldnt debit this $25 from my bank, that's how I had charge back with Tropica.  I will work with my bank, Echeck and Tropica to settle the charge back and to bring my account back to good standing, but it is really unfair to me that paradise8 void my winning because of the charge back I had with Tropica.  Why?
    because
    1/  the deposit I made to paradise8 was Cash money available in my Echeck
    2/  the charge back with Tropica came from the deposit made two days after the deposit with paradise8 on Nov 7th, that mean my Echeck account was in good standing when I deposit with paradise8.

    I just wrote a pm to Jason, hopefully he can help me out with paradise8, let's see what happen.

    Because of this charge back, Vegas Regal casino has reversed my withdrawal and said that when I settle with Tropica, they will process the payout.  Thanks VRC for not denying my withdrawal, I will try to work this out asap.  I also had another withdrawal with  Cocoa to my Echeck, hopefully this withdrawal wont be reversed as I need the cash to settle with my bank, Echeck and Tropica, but I doubt it, something might come up tomorrow.  My worry will be continued.

    Good luck with all that.  It sounds like my IRS/county taxes nightmare.  No good at all.  Keep us posted and I hope it all unwinds as quickly as it escalated.

  •   I don't understand why they didn't take it out of your Echeckus account? Was there a different way you should have done it? Like with the Global Wallet( I could never get it to work). They make money on transferring from your wallet, maybe that's why they took it from your bank first. But I have a feeling if you used their apparatus it would have come out of there.

  • Okay here is my nightmare I am going through!  I am devastated because it is still not resolved.  I didn't want to post here earlier because I didn't want to be judged.

    A couple of weeks ago I funded my e-wallet express 4 times over a week.  The money was in my account and was to clear.  Well, my husband left me and withdrew all our money from our bank account.  

    At the time, I had deposited at Tropica Casino for $50 I do believe.  I cashed out and did a couple of reverses.  In the end I had a pending withdraw for 1000.00, 530.00 and 50.00.  I did have money in my account and was in the middle of playing when poof I get locked out and was told to contact support.

    Support told me I had a chargeback and to contact e-wallet express and that they could not help.  I did this.  E-Wallet Express rewithdrew the money from my checking account in a very timely manner.  I have emailed Tropica 7 times without a response.  I wanted to let them know the sitiuation and that the money was being redebited from my account.  I asked if I would get my money back that was still in my account and my pending withdrawls.  No answer.  I talked to a rep last week and he said my withdrawals had been cancelled but it was up to management to decide after the money was paid back if they would process them.  That was Thursday or Friday.  I emailed the rep on here twice and he apologized for not getting back to me.  I asked him to please send my info to management.  He said he would get back to me today.  

    Friday night I go an email saying your Tropica account is reactivated, thanks for handling the chargeback in a timely manner and please come play at your earliest convience.  

    I was so so happy!  I logged in and had no money in my account.  I went and my withdrawals were cancelled.  The 30% deposit bonus coupon I was was playing when I got kicked out was still highlighted.  I had a free you been spotted $30 chip in my account.  I couldn't play it because it said you have a coupon that you have not finished playing.  I talked to support and he said he would forward to management and I should here something back in 24 to 48 hours.  Sunday I log in and my $30 chip is gone and I have a $5 chip which I still cannot claim.  

    I called support today and I promise I was on hold for 1 hour until I finally hung up after my ear was hurting from the phone music.  I emailed the rep on here again today to ask if he heard anything and forward the chat I had with support on Friday.  I then emailed again telling him I was currently on hold with phone support and would he please forward my information and email to the manager.  

    While on hold, I got on live chat and asked for the manager's email.  He gave it to me and said they were still reviewing it.  He did say that it was not a NO I wouldn't get my withdraw or be able to play my money that was in my account.  He said for me to email Tropica and put attention management and ask if they have come to a decision regarding my money.  I even forwarded chat session from Friday and today.

    Still no answer.  I am very sad by this.  I had the money in the bank when I did the deposit.  I didn't know my husband was going to bail and empty our account.  I really wanted to talk to management myself to tell him the whole situation but I guess that is not possible.

    Plus I have been depositing loyally at Tropica lately.  I should have gotten a hefty cash back on November 1st which I missed out on.  I just keep praying that this will be taken care of.  I can't even play there because of the coupon being redeemed that I was still playing.  So each day we get a free chip I can't claim it.  This has been a nightmare.  I paid the chargeback back as fast as e-wallet express allowed......they said it takes 5 days for it to clear and up to 2 days to contact the casino.  So I wait and wait for a decision.  This is my first time I have had this happen with a processor.  I am just lucky I was able to pay them back.  I hope I can get my withdraw, etc. but as each day goes by I am starting to doubt it.  So I know what you are going through TaaaaDaaaa.  Fingers crossed we both will get our money.  I love Tropica and they got there money back I just really want mine now.  

  • the way Echeck works like this,
    you make a deposit using Echeck, Echeck will debit that amount plus $2.50 fee from your bank in 2-3 business days.
    when you have a payout from a merchant (casino) to your Echeck, that money is the cash money available in your Echeck and when you deposit to any casino using your availabe cash in your Echeck account, Echeck wont charge the fee.  get me?

  • Ahhh guys i hope the both of you get it straightened out. If you have been loyal players and both had a good track record, which i am sure you both do and made good on the overdraft, then why can't the casino cut you some slack.

    The real damn nitemare is US players having to go thru third party processors. If it could hit your account immediately there would not be these problems.

    I really hope the both of you can get it settled. Keep us posted.

    Lips.....but the coupon is at the TOP of the screen because I did claim it and was in the process of playing with my money.  I had money in my account from playing when I was locked out.  Coupon says active, requirements are met.  I don't want to unclaim until they figure this all our.
  • Seems interesting that where 1 casino thinks they're being shafted, the others then nail the "Offender" for something that is happening to another casino...I'm wondering if that it might help for us then to email the casino and let them know that until THEY resolve this, WE won't deposit to the casino....Strength in numbers people?

  • I want to thank everyone of my LCB family members for your support regarding TaaaDaaa and my problem.  It means a lot when people care!  I have been dealing with this by myself for about 2 weeks now.  I wanted so bad to post on here for advice but really tried everything I could to deal with Tropica myself.  I know communication is key but it was like as soon as I had a chargeback.......they didn't want to talk to me.  Maybe they are just busy.  I do know I have deposited a lot here and am a loyal player.  I have deposited with use my wallet, e-check and e-wallet express.  This is the first time I had this problem.  I hope they look at that and see this is not the normal for me.  Again, thanks for all your support!

  • I do really hope that both of you gets your money from the casinos or I suggest just like Genenco said, that we stop depositing at these Rivals. If you clear the chargebacks you should be good to go.
    Just be careful with depositing at other Rivals. They are using the same processor and if you don't get paid by one the others will not pay either.

  • Good luck TAADAA and Cindy with your casino problems.  We all make little mistakes like TAADAA did and wierd stuff happens to all of us like it did to Cindy but leave it to online casinos to make it 1000 times worse considering its customer oriented business.  Cindy, your husband was a coward for what he did to you.     Echeck deposit-              return check fee/NSF  $34
    Echek $2.50 fee-            return check fee/NSF  $34
    1 box of Marlboro $5.75-  overdrawn fee  $34   
    Shell gasoline $10-          overdrawn fee  $34
    Jamba Juice $4.25-          overdrawn fee  $34 

    I was so rich, I bought 1 box of Marlboro for $39.75, one jamba juice for $38.25  sad :'( sad .  I just went to my bank and talked to the teller if she can reduce the fee for me, amazingly she could, for first time overdrawn account, the fee was reduced in half which is $85.  I was so happy. cheesy cheesy and now I have two lines of protection I just added, a line of credit and a saving account that linked to my checking account  cool cool , my bank now is back in good standing, whewww.

  • I thought I should post my nightmare somewhere else, but I think this might be the best place. But if it gets moved it somewhere else I will understand as I don't want to offend taadaa or bonusroundplease. Sure don't mean ,in any way, to drag them down with me.Theirs' are a different story. I have been prolonging my nightmare for too long. I should have closed my Echeckus account. Too many times I overextended myself and frantically got it covered in the nick of time. While I dread bank charges for returns and my checking account risk being closed, I am even more terrified in losing face and credibility with the casinos. I don't want to give myself up, cause I'm still working on it. Now I don't have a clue where to begin as far as who to explain to that I f----- u-. I don't want to be locked out. I know the checks can't be stopped. But is it possible to work out payment arrangement with them? Do I contact the casino and Echeckus? Will it make it any better if I let them know before it happens? This is so hard, because I feel bad, look bad, and did a bad thing. I don't want to lose the casinos.   • Helwin....I feel bad for you.  I know how hard it is to talk to people about something so personal.  I wish I would have spoke up sooner but I also had fear of looking bad or talking bad about a casino.  When my ordeal occured I was told by one casino that e-wallet express had to handle it not them.  The casinos pretty much didn't want anything to do with me.  BUT e-wallet express was VERY helpful and let me pick the day to pay them back the returned funds.  They even said if I needed a payment arrangement I could do that but I paid it in full.  I feel emailing the casinos is a waste of time atleast it was in my case.  I got no replies back when I tried to explain.  E-wallet Express was very helpful.  I would contact e-check asap and tell them the items will be returned and ask what the next step would be.  Then I would be contact the casinos because maybe they will contact you back...they just didn't me.  Again, I'm thinking of you girl.  Hang in there.

    I'm sure they'll try and work something out with you. I can recall myself doing a simliar thing some years ago.

  • Helwin i read your post and i want you to know that it broke my heart to think you would ever be judged or looked down upon.

    It's actually quite the opposite. Your honesty to talk it out show's your integrity as well as taaa and bonusround. 

    I thought i loved LCB and it's members........but now i know without a shadow of a doubt how much i really do. We are all gamblers, and we all have over extended ourselves at one time or another. But we pick ourselves up and dust ourselves off.

    Thank you taaa for starting this thread. You have helped others to talk about it and seek help and advice or just to have someone listen.

    I hope you all get it straightened out and i admire and respect you all more than you know.

  • I have settled my charge back with Tropica today, they reopened my account so that I came in to make a deposit by usemywallet ($25), and I was locked out again, right after the deposit was made  shocked shocked shocked they problly afraid I might use Echeck to deposit again or something if they let me have my acct back.  Tropica might have couple thousands of my total deposits, and they are afraid of me now cuz I just had a $25 charge back.  I totally understand, No casino likes to have charge back, and it was completely my fault to let it happen.

  • I want to extend Lips post.. you all are loved and in no way looked down upon.. none of you are alone, these things happen to the best of us, this is no way as helwin says to offend anyone, this is my story and my nightmare.. i've done it, had it happen, been there with the man who took the money and the insides of my house too.. it was a complete nightmare, my bank account and creditcards were screwed with pendings to casinos.. some my own fault.. the ol' "borrow from peter to pay paul" i've even had in effect, many things i did.. you'd think i was a fien.. the rush to the bank to cover my check.. gambling and online casinos, i've done signature loans up the ying yang, in debt above and beyond.. casinos sent me creditcards with 500.00 limits..aye!  (this wasn't all at once, different occasions i'm a repeat offender lol) i thought i would NEVER wake up from this nitemare.. (online casinos are more of a temptation for me even living in here in Vegas) i myself have done so many crazy and stupid things.. and some of not even my fault..

    BUT i will tell you.. i got out of it and i'm okay and YOU all will be too.. i'm in good standing and currently no problems, the fees whooped my butt.. and this all taught me a lesson.. and luckily i have never had a casino chargeback because i had protection kind of like what taaa stated he did (what this does is pay them but still will charge you overdraft fee) you still have to put the money in the bank

    bonusround gives good advice it's exactly what i did, i spoke to the all and it was worked out, beleive it or not they are understanding, as understanding as we ourselves are to each other.. and i will say this.. i pray it all never happens again to me, that i'm not rushing to the bank to cover my ass.. BUT i wouldn't be honest if say it won't because it could.. very easy thing to do and so tempting (sometimes when you are gambling you don't even realize how much you have spent/deposited and thats happened to me causing alot of problems)

  • I sent out 3 e-mails, one to Echeckus and 2 to casinos. One of them I have covered once I get to the bank. My ride is coming. I was gonna get the rest tonight, but our renters can't pay till tomorrow, husband tells me to wait. If I wait till tomorrow, it could mean $170 extra, or $136 if they take care of the first one. I heard back from Echeckus, they thought I was asking them to hold transaction back. I wasn't, and don't expect them to. They told me that I would have to work it out with casino and couldn't use Echeckus until all clear. I wrote them back and asked who I request the closing of my account with them. They replied with a phone number to call when I'm ready for security and said anytime I wanted back on, I could. I don't really need to hear that part, but they have always been very nice to me. I have yet to hear from 2 casinos, but I guess too early. If I pray maybe there will be an extra day, but I really doubt it, just gotta be as ready as I can. Thank you everyone. Your words are all so soothing to me right now. I don't know what I would have done without you.

  • Geez I'm going through the same thing with slotocash and always Vegas. The sad part is the over draft fees are as much as the echeck that were returned so now It's like losing twice as much. And I was playing a free chip at slotocash when my account got locked and I'm fairly sure I had made play through and was on my way to making enough to cover my losses from last week,  now I don't know that even if I will ever get to finish that play.

    helwin, even though you mention it or said something, they don't really do anything until it all happens, if it's all covered just relax.. i've done this before too lol.. nothing is gonna happen or at least shouldn't, in my case everything went on as normal, even though i made some calls, but i had a "wheewwww" for days

    First let me say to BR and Helwin and Taaa, we have all had hard times. There is nothing to be ashamed about. If you guys haven't already read it I wrote a post in the general discussion on what an awful year I was having. There are somethings we can not control and sometimes we plain make mistakes. We are human after all.

    It sucks that you lost your winnings, I agree with Geneco, they should understand things happen. But I guess they just don't get it. To all of you, there is no reason for any of us to judge you, look down on you in anyway, we all have had problems and a run of bad luck. We are no better than the next person, and I applaud all of you for being honest and it does take a lot of courage to post what you have posted.

    Hang in there, things will get better, trust me I know this from experience!

    I'm very sorry but it baffles me how the casino handled your issue.
    They treated you like a fraudster, they did not even let you explain what happened, and from the first moment on you clearly showed that you were willing to pay, and you did.

    You said you're a loyal customer there, which I assume is true, and a casino should not treat their loyal customers like that.
    Its a damn shame.

    Let me tell you this, I've had a similar issue 2 years ago at Fortune Lounge.
    I used another depositmethod that worked more or less the same way, they take it out of your bankaccount later.
    I miscalculated and was 50.- short.

    The casino notified me, very polite, that the amount had been charged back and asked me if I could settle this asap.
    So as soon as I had money in my E-wallet, I made a 50.- deposit into my account, contacted livechat and explained, and they took what was theirs and all was fine again.
    No locked accounts, no winnings voided, just a little bit of communication did the trick.

    Youre a loyal customer, so they should have given you a chance to settle things straight, instead of locking your account and stop communicating.
    And now they also void your winnings.

    As I see it, its just a lame excuse not to pay you.

  • What really makes me mad is Cindy lost her winnings and it really wasnt  her fault.  Its just unreal she made a legit deposit from money in her checking account to her online account and her hubby right afterwards walks out with all the money in that account.  It wasnt even an honest mistake that she accidently overdrew her account.  Its ashame everyone from LCB wont boycott Tropicana Casino until Cindy has been paid her winnings.  I have never played there because Rival Software games bore me to death or I would boycott playing there in honor of Cindy.  Cindy's case along with my constant fighting with top game sites including Yes We Can Casino who sent me an email after not paying me in almost 11 weeks that my account was sent to the security and fraud department for "inconsistencies".  It was a ploy to delay or not pay me at all.  I played my account way down set up a small withdrawal, was paid my small withdrawal in like 4 days and then blocked me from signing in their casino again.  After all this I am ready to give up depositing at an online casino again.

  •   Just a follow up on my ex-dilemna... One casino cashed my deposits in, still waiting for the other one to cash their one. They have written me and said my account is in good standing, and the other one never even got my second e-mail. I was waiting till both places got their money before disabling account with Echeckus. And now I have nothing to do or play with..... except... what do I do? I don't want to go thru that again, but knowing myself and my brain, I'll find some way to convince myself it's okay. I'm starting to think I shouldn't have covered the checks and make it a "tough love" act. I still can mess it up, then they'll force me to shape up. I can see that they want you to "overextend" so if you have a cashout, they can keep it. But if I can cover it when I lost, then I should really be able to when I win. No I will close it tomorrow, have to. I'll just have to think of something else. End of subject.

I disabled Echeckus a few hours ago, but last night I did one with Echeck for $25 and looks like it will not go thru if it comes tomorrow. I'll find out if this titanium jacket will give me strength.     I wouldnt want to use Echeck again, even after my nightmare is over.  If you deposit by Echeck and you have a pending withdrawal, and if you deposit to other casinos by echeck, the casino will hold your withdrawal till all your echeck deposits clear before they will send out your winning. My withdrawal with cocoa was on Nov 7th, it took forever for them to pay until yesterday, they told me my winning was voided.  Because of the charge back, VRC reversed the $500 of my withdrawal and I kept on reverse deposits until this money was gone too.  My bank charged too much with the fees, my two winning from paradise8 and cocoa were voided, I completely lost everything.  Cocoa could have just deducted this $50 from my $600 withdrawal, but no, they just wanted to void my winning.  I spent lots of money on deposits before, but now I cant even take care of this $50 and have to wait till next week.
    paradise8 said they will make a decision whether or not they will return the winning and I just sent an email to cocoa asking them to consider to honor my winning, just wait to see what they say.  The winning at paradise8 and cocoa came from the clear deposits, not from the charge back transaction thou, so  I hope they honor my winning, just hope they do, that all I can do now and I'm so depressed.

  • no, you got it wrong there.  Those deposits were clear, they were cash available in my echeck account or the fund they already debited from my bank account like 15 days ago, the charge back I had, came from a different casino, Tropica and cocoa just couple days ago.  I thought I had the money available at the time, but as you know, your bank will return it, even if you are 1 dollar short, then they charge you $35 fee and more fees.
