No one censored your comments as you can tell. So I find your latest comment to be another provocation.

So lets make it really simple for you. Either show some respect or walk away and find some other forum.

cheers
Zuga

What did I say that was disrespectful? I commented on her post. Maybe you should warn your members not to post things. That may get them a bold response. I've done nothing wrong here but state whats on my mind. She shouldn't went into details about her private life. If she didn't want anyone to comment on it. Whether the comments were good or bad. Sorry!

@slotbeuker, I said maybe just maybe. I dont know why he left her. Im sure he had his reason. But for someone to be gambling and not knowing their finance situation. I think its time for a timeout and get yourself together. Just my opinion!

@wnanhee what is the definition of sin? Please tell me.

i read all the posts just about daily...the one thing that almost nobody..on any different thread... seems to ever want to lean towards....no matter what situation ever happens to anyone.....is that they may have a horrific gambling problem and need serious help.... other than everyone hoping for them that they can find five dollars laying around so they can gamble some more.....if everyone really is an honest supporting friend like we all want each other to be.....i hope some of you are at least "private messaging"  your great "friends" and tell them that perhaps online gambling may be potentially damaging important aspects of their lives.....when you repeatedly read words/phrases like miserable, terrible, rage, depressed, sad, last of my money and they are all originated around online gambling...it makes you wonder...should we be encouraging this for our friends???  just a thought

I've long ago quit using real money to gamble online.  Heck, if I had money to gamble, I'd just as soon spend it on something like some marijuana so I could enjoy it longer, so it's just as well i am broke.  I am not broke because of gambling.  I'd have found other ways to spend money.  To the friends I have here on LCB, who talk to me more than my family does, if they have a gambling problem I would encourage them to step back away from the computer.  As for me, when I win on a free chip, if I win over $100 I can get $70 in the bank and I do that.  If I have less than that, I just recycle the free money on playing.  The only person who ever complained about my spending on gambling was my hubby, jake, and what I say to him is when is he ever going to get a job and pay a bill.  I'm here on LCB and joined to find bargains and chips.  What I got was just that and so much more.  I've seen post from people contemplating their gambling problems and issues, and never seen anyone encouraging them to try again and spend more money.  Most of us here try to be encouraging for all our problems and to be happy when we share our triumphs.  But a few here seem to be all about being grumpy complaining devil's advocates.  That's what sucks.  I don't see how it makes anyone feel better to read some of the discouraging and hateful things I've seen in some posts.  Dabidog, thanks for encouraging us all to be thoughtful and to step back from the freechips rush to think about our friends.  But in my opinion, perhaps you could have said it a little differently and gotten more people to actually understand what you are saying.  And why.  Even chocolateman has some good points, they were just not said in a very good way.  Just saying....

I don't know why you're upset. You gambled with no funds! The casino did the right thing by denying you. Next time be sure that funds are in your banking account. To expect the casino to pay after you win and decided to make good on non sufficient funds. Is mind blowing.

Also bonusroundplease for your husband to bailout on you and empty your bank account. Maybe its time to give up on online gambling and do some soul searching. Maybe just maybe you became the wife he didn't know anymore.

Okay, maybe you didn't mean this in a judgmental way.  I just had my feelings hurt by what you said.  I have been through a lot in the last few weeks and I when i first read your comment I felt you judged me as a wife and a woman.  You are correct you have every right to post a on this thread whatever you may want.

The whole reason I commented on TaaaDaaa's is because he is my friend and I was pretty much going through the same nightmare.   I wasn't looking for sympathy.  I was just explaining why the money was not in my account when they withdrew it.  That's all.

Okay here is the email I got today on here from the Tropica Rep.

Hi Cindy,

Please accept my apologies for getting back to you today only.

Unfortunately, Management are adamant that winnings on any chargebacks will not
be granted. We have therefore decided to return the deposits to you. 3 x $30 and
1 x $50 deposits has been credited back to your account.

Although your account has been settled, we can't be guaranteed that it would
have been settled, had there not been winnings due to you and therefore voided
the winnings.

Kind regards,
Duwayne

Second, When I got this reply from the casino.  I did not pout or speak badly of Tropica.  I posted their reply so if anyone else ever has a chargeback with a pending withdraw they can search this site and maybe know what to expect.

@ Taaadaaa, I understand. But that was a costly mistake. Next time check to be sure the funds are available

@jschuab No I do not know her. But she shouldn't make her information public. If she doesn't expect anyone to comment on them.

@bonusroundplease That's the point. Your friends in on "HERE". And they don't know you better than that in "surreal" life. If you don't want people commenting on your situation. Then please keep them to yourself.

The point is neither you or I have gotten to know each other very well, but I have made some wonderful friends on this site and they do know me.  We don't just share gambling experiences....our friendship goes beyond that.  We actually care about one another.

Galatians 4:16 "Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?"

They made a public statement and I made a public comment. PERIOD! Didn't know our opinion are censored. Guess we should start a camp fire and sing Kumbaya

Now when I read this my first thought was:  Do not judge others or you will be judged.  My second thought was Forgive others or you will not be forgiven.  So bottom line is if you were trying to hurt my feelings by your comments.....I do forgive you.  That may have not been your intention but to me it is water under the bridge.  I do not hold grudges and I don't want to start now.  Either way, I am not here to fight with others.  I hold no hard feelings towards you.  You have your opinion and the right to post on this is a forum.  You are correct that whatever we post can be read by anyone and commented on by anyone....good or bad. My whole posting on this subject was to share my experience and help anyone in the future with the information on chargebacks.   As you said, I can post what I want just as you can.

As for my friends who supported me with your kind words I am grateful to have.  Bottom line is LCB to me is the by far the BEST gambling forum on the internet.  I hope we can all remain civil and get past this.

Cindy - What you posted was why your account was empty - you didn't go into the "whys and hows" - damned right too.  It's none of our business.

I personally think the comments by chocolateman were unnecessary - I was quite taken aback when I read the new posts on this thread.  The reasons your husband left are nothing to do with anybody but you - you merely stated a fact - he cleaned out your account and without your knowledge and this is how your chargeback nightmare began.

Fortunately, the majority of members are supportive.  I could ramble on and on but I won't.  Suffice it to say Cindy, we are here for you.

owed them $50,
I wouldnt want to use Echeck again, even after my nightmare is over.  If you deposit by Echeck and you have a pending withdrawal, and if you deposit to other casinos by echeck, the casino will hold your withdrawal till all your echeck deposits clear before they will send out your winning. My withdrawal with cocoa was on Nov 7th, it took forever for them to pay until yesterday, they told me my winning was voided.  Because of the charge back, VRC reversed the $500 of my withdrawal and I kept on reverse deposits until this money was gone too.  My bank charged too much with the fees, my two winning from paradise8 and cocoa were voided, I completely lost everything.  Cocoa could have just deducted this $50 from my $600 withdrawal, but no, they just wanted to void my winning.  I spent lots of money on deposits before, but now I cant even take care of this $50 and have to wait till next week.
paradise8 said they will make a decision whether or not they will return the winning and I just sent an email to cocoa asking them to consider to honor my winning, just wait to see what they say.  The winning at paradise8 and cocoa came from the clear deposits, not from the charge back transaction thou, so  I hope they honor my winning, just hope they do, that all I can do now and I'm so depressed.

tadaa they aren't saying you can't get them, just pay them the returned deposits and then withdraw again. Isn't that what it means? They are voided until then. I don't know how much you owe, but surely somebody could come thru still you receive your wins. I wish I could help you, but I need a little help myself. I disabled Echeckus a few hours ago, but last night I did one with Echeck for $25 and looks like it will not go thru if it comes tomorrow. I'll find out if this titanium jacket will give me strength. I'll close it after all is well. Good luck.

Back on topic:
Thats just terrible Taadaa, they cant do this to you.
The money from Cocoa and Paradise8 was yours the moment you made the withdrawl, 2 bloody WEEKS ago.
If they had just paid you on time (within the 5 businessdays) there would be no problem, right?

But oh yes, casinos can basically do whatever they want, but if a players makes ONE tiny little mistake, they immediately confiscate winnings.
This really makes me wanna puke.

No matter how much I love their games, but I don't know if I want to play at Rivals anymore after reading all this crap lately.
It looks like they will do just about anything to deny winnings and chase away winners.

I really, really hope they pay you after you settled this, keep fighting for that money Taadaa, you won that fair and square.

chocolateman ,

I dont like one bit how you addressed members in this thread. And i dont like how you addressed my Moderators.

You are entitle to your opinions, and thats not the issue here. The way you expressed them is what I mind.

Consider this as a last warning before you earn yourself a vacation.

Thanx Lips for closing this thread.

If anyone wants to discuss the original issue be free to start a new topic.
