This casino group has been swallowed up by CasinoRewards.
I have yet to hear back from my rep. in regards to these changes.

This is a very sad day, indeed.
So much for the VIP gifts (Birthday 500 credits, Xmas 250, Anniversary 500)

I'll keep you folks posted, after hearing back from my rep. (if he still has a job)

It seems almost overwhelming to see how many more MG casinos are going to belong to this group...there are so far 25 casinos so this mean there will be many more.

Sorry to hear you might be losing the status of vip level and the points.
I had quiet a bit of players points at Casino share group but when they joined Casino reward it all got lost but then again even if it was not lost I still wouldn't be able to play anyway since being in US, I can't play at any MG casinos.
Hopefully they will honor yours.

Just heard back from my rep. I was so grateful that he took a moment to write me back.
His job is done, as is the entire staff.
Platinum status and Loyalty points are now reverted to zero and down to the basic point system of the CasinoRewards group.
The Casino rewards group doesn't offer VIP service or tailored loyalty rewards.

Good luck to all those that are affected by this abrupt change.
