well, alot of casinos have it right in their terms, when u click agree, they ONLY share with third party affiliates...but that could be bloody anyone lol, so youre giving them permission if you agree to the terms to share info with third parties

Yea that really sucks. I do not think it is right that casinos can sell your info so when u sign up at the casino they make money off your info buy selling it that is so not right. Cause he did use the word buy not give. I do not see how that is right

well, it is if you agree to it; it's your responsibility to read the terms of something you sign, lol
however, if it isnt in their terms, then no
if it is, well....read the fine print Wink

it do not say it in trems and as you stated in some you have gotten it said share not sell. Big Diffrence between sharing and selling the info i have not sign for anyone to sell my info. And i really would like to know who do i report it to. It should matter to everyone that your info is being sold to GOD knows who I know it matters to me. I read the fine print and i click no. Same thing as facebook reading your hard drive. When i fill out my info for a casino i do not agree to you making money off my name if that is the case where is my cut lol

Maybe and lets just say i click yes for them to share my info it is not the same thing as buyin if i wanted my info sold for money i could sell it myself. I do not think anyone agree to someone else making money off their info.
