I have deposited more money at Titan than any other casino. Their generous freebies and superb customer service has won me over!

The chat reps are Michelle, Emma, Anna, Hope(think I'm forgetting one) Anyway, it's amazing the way they 'get to know you' weather it's looking at their notes, or just from their own memory.

At anytime after I make a deposit-no matter how small- I can go to live chat, and they will give me "something from the goodie bag" lol. Emma even offered to shovel the snow from my porch a few weeks ago! 

They've never told me no to a little surprise/cashback. They have even topped up my comp pts and added a few dollars more at times!! (without me requesting it, just while I chatted w/them about other matters)

I compliment them at least every few weeks to remind them of how wonderful they are- and I don't do it for the freebies. I do it because they deserve it!
