Did you catch it??? They say I can only cash out my deposit and winnings from that after making another deposit. What kind of rule is this??? I never heard of such crazy rule...
So they told me I can only withdraw 100. after this I decided to risk my 25, and I lost it. I didn't want to save it because I found it inconvenient to make another deposit.

Now a week later I got this letter from them:

Because you’ve played on a FREE BONUS there are a couple of things that you’ll have to complete prior to be able to withdraw your winnings funds.
the total amount that you’ll be able to withdraw is a $100 (and that the total sum after depositing).

in addition you’ll have to send copies of the following documents:
·         A copy of a Utility bill from within the last 3 months
·         A copy of your Passport or a copy of your Driver’s license
·         Your money bookers account number.
Attached is a voucher needed as well , your account ID is: --------
Most importantly, because we have not received your documents yet, your withdrawal was cancelled and you will see the funds back into our account.
It is important that once you send all the documents, that you please log in and ask for a new withdrawal request.  
This allows us to get an automatic message in our system and thus re-begin the withdrawal review process.  

Now, one week later they say I could have cashed out my deposit as well. Why didn't the Live Chat operator mention it earlier before I decide to waste my deposit? And I sent them my docs a week ago, last thursday. So why didn't they check them since then?

Another cheating:
sWhy did the reverse my withdrawal saying I didn't sent in docs??? Today the chat operator checked my account and he could see the docs I sent in last week. So they received it. Why didn't they checked that before saying I didn't send them in and reversing my withdrawal?

You can see from the letter that they write the Driver's License is okay for them Every reputable casino, Bwin, william Hill, Bet 365, even Neteller accepted my Driver's License, for some reason Casino States doesn't. A no name, little casino has higher standards then William Hill or Neteller? Hehehehe:))) Good joke!!! It is a brand new driver's license with the latest security elements on it, hologram, stamp, etc. Why don't they accept it?? I can even use it to cross the border to some non-EU countires.

Well. Maybe it is not the best way to behave like I did. But I don't feel myself guilty anyway to do so. If a casino takes my money and it turns out they are fooling me, as you can see from the letter and transcript, it is not easy to stay cool. Any player who does so I can understand.

When it is me who paid it is me who has the right to raise my vioce, and not those who led me into me being fooled.

Why I accused Latestcasinobonuses is because a few weeks ago they already posted the ND banner of another Top Game casino, Rilato casino. Unoftunately they didn't mention that the no deposit bonus they advertised was not a true no deposit bonus, but a fake one. You also needed to make a deposit, and put that deposit into risk.

Now came this.

Also, those who are not well informed about rouge casinos should know that there are many complaint on the net about Top Game. And as a caring webmaster, the creator of Latestcasinobonuses, a very popular site, should be informed about these. In case me, a regular player can meet these wrnings, he, the creator of such an important site should! In spite of the many warnings they posted this banner, and what happens? Of course it turns out that Casino States don't pay either. I cannot believe that such a man lik the webmaster of Latestcasinobonuses cannot predict this. I guess he has much more info on casinos then me or you.

And some other reasons why I don't trust Latestcasinobonuses now:

1. They benefit from my deposit in case I sing up through their banner, however when it comes to such situations, I am left alone. Or not??? Well, I am wondering if I will ever get my money from Casino States. I think never. And in this case it was Latestcasinobonuses who led me into this cheating.

2. They are advertising many more sites that are widely known as rouge places on the ineternet. No matter if they urge players or not, with this they are tking part in the cheating as well. With their advertisements they are making these sites popular, so they are also part of the cheating. Moreover if you sign up at these rouge casinos with their banners, they got money for this from those rouge casinos. So, who is gulity then? Who is it who benefits from the opration of these rouge places and finding referrals for them? Latestcasinobonuses. The honest would be that in case you know a place is rouge, you protect players from it and don't try to get more referrals to it. It is like supporting a murderer to commit a crime. Sucj casinos are Prism, Slots of Vegas, Silver Oak, Palace of Chance, Cirrus, and some others. From Top Game Rome Casino, Rich casino are widely known as scammers and places that don't pay. I doubt the webmaster of this place wouldn't hear of these facts. Any you can see from the transcripts that I posted that Casino States also cheated me.

And some moderator here says it is me who caused the problems. Well... On some forums where these scammer places are well known, if people saw what you are advertising here, they would really be astonished. So it is odd that you are astonished on my claims.

Anyway, SLOTS JUNKIE, thank you for your comment. Not just because you tried to understand me, but at least someone could add a creative post, unlike these other figures, who instead of reading what I write just trying to get rid of me. That is always easier than thinking things over. That needs more brainwork, truly.

Bencuri, I do understand your frustration and I don't think you done anything wrong! I am pretty new to online gambling and I don't know if I really trust too many of them, myself.  I know some players say the casinos don't cheat, but I can say from what I read online gaming was a lot better and seemed more honest some years ago!

What I will say is I do believe you have approached the situation wrong. LCB is a wonderful place and Admin works very hard to get us the BEST no deposit bonuses as well as deposit bonuses. They have no way of knowing if the Casino is gonna be faulty until something like this is brought to their attention, but not in the way you brought it!

They have and will do everything they can to help you resolve problems with casinos, when really they don't have to! But you came out swinging and what do you expect someone to do when they are being swung at...

You can't blame the car salesman(in this case-LCB) for your brand new car that has a bad motor, that would be the fault of the maker(itc-CasinoStates)
But you can go back where you got it from and ask for help in a decent way. As far as I know that is the best way to get a positive outcome!

Okay. As i see you are constantly overlooking about the facts I am writing about. So I would adderss my reply to two parties:

1.For those who neutral about the business Latestcasinobonuses.com:

Please observe how I supplied the e-mails and chat transcripts from the casino. I described how they cheated me with telling misleading info about the cash-out procedure. Also they are refusing my IDs. If you read Zuga's comment about I did something wrong, and that's why they are requesting new and new IDs all the time, or my ID's might be not suitable, think this over:

I am playing online for 3 years now. The Driver's Licesnse (that they should also accept accoarding to their terms) has been accepted everywhere I sent it, every Prestigeous Place, like: Bwin, William Hill, SyBet, Mansion Casino. Even Neteller accepted it for verification. Now, think about this: Is it the case that there is problem with my ID? If there is problem, why didn't such prestigeoud places refused my ID? Don't you think it is abnormal? Do you they really want me to send this copy to Costa Rica? Neteller has much higer security requirements then Casino States - a casino that is operating from Cosata Rica, anyway no one can tell where they actually licensed at- and even Neteller didn1t need hard copies. Hi Bencuri, i do understand that you are frustrated, but i do not understand why you need someone which you can make responsible for your problems with this casino.
