casino moons not getting paid

to the casino moons rep if one is here, i have been playing with you for over 2 years and have enjoyed it till lateley; i have been waiting almost 2 months for my check, each person i have contacted has given me the same date it was sent july4th but a different delivery date. I have asked to speak to my vip rep and it hasnt happened. The check still has not come and it is july 24. I won it way before the 4th but there was problems , the check i won before this one was the same waybut it came. I cant get a decent response from anyone inclucing your acctting , my response is its in the mail. How much longer will it be in the mail.

Unfortunately spazz i don't believe we have a rep for them. This casino is on our Warning List and you will be lucky if you get paid.

thank you blue. I have never had trouble till winward took over. It really hurts cuz i did trust them and now i am in the hole. i learned a good lesson though never count on anything till you recieve it.
