As I have mentioned   before , still having the same issue with Captain Jacks and Goldstream.     I also read that  margaret taylo  is having the same problem.

I have deleted all files and re-installed with no luck.  No matter where I download from I get the same error code. "  plibc32.dll was not found. "


Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......frustration...........ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......... Shocked Angry Sad Cry

Common Path(s): c:\program files\"casino name"


From the path listed above - once you have uninstalled the casino software the control panel -  programs and features - find the casino folder in c:
\programs files and delete it. If you have a registry cleaner now would be a good time to run it, if not no worries. Disable any type of firewall/spyware/anti-virus and then try reinstalling. Print screen any issues should they come up.

NOTE: After installation has completed and the software laumches (hopefully), remember to activate your anti-virus. (if you have a firewall, it would also be a good idea to add the casino program to the exception or allowable list)

Let me know how it goes.

Soda69,

Thank you for the response. I deleted all files and disabled  virus/ firewall after I ran reg cleaner. Same message..GRRRRR
Last time I posted for help this is the response I got:


Hi Tamaroa,
because there are no new codes for me at the moment i tried to
see about your problem.
It sounds like you have downloaded the casinos but you can not
open them because of missing .dll.
The correct name of it must be plibc32.dll
You will find this in every RTG Casino folder for example C:\ cirrus casino
So I copied the plibc32.dll from a working rtg casino into the captain jack
folder and was able to lock in.  (  henni ) is who sent it.

I do not understand what he meant by this.   Any feedback would be great,

You can try the above solution. I will try to make the instructions as simple as possible.

the plibc32.dll file is a common file used in all real time gaming software - which means you could take a copy from one rtg casino folder and paste it into another rtg casino folder. the reason for doing this is to replace the missing or corrupt file with a working copy of the same file.

if you have a working rtg site such as lucky red or jackpot capital, look in it's folder found in C:/program files (eg C:/Program Files/Jackpot Capital) and find the plibc32.dll file and copy it.

Now go to Captain Jacks folder and paste it - when it states it already exists - replace it.


try that let us know if it worked
