i just went to chat and asked for the manager and ran it by him about giving back he took a day to see if it could be done and this morning told me how it would work I think the girls in the office helped cause they all got on chat and told me so it was really easy but you have to understand i play there a lot with prism and virtual i used to play all the time but they take forever to pay i always try to stay with one or two casino's so they get to know me and if i need something i want them to  know who i am it really is easy just go to your favorit casino ask for manager and ask
