lmao... coolcat casino has always been a scam for as long as i remember

if you win with a no deposit bonus they will accuse you of bonus abuse and refuse to pay.. (when i started playing ND bonuses i think coolcat was the 3rd site i joined) I claimed just 1 no deposit code, played and met WR and won the max you can cashout)

Then i spoke to brad at support, he was rude as hell and told me that because i have been abusing bonuses and claimed multiple free chips at coolcat my winnings are all void and hes closing my account (as mentioned above it was 1st casino i joined in their group and 1st chip i claimed with them)

They like sending multiple spam emails to everyone (even people who have unsubscribed) advertising high $100+ free chips... if a player took the free chips its likely the same will happen to them as it did with me and they will lose all winings or at best they will be waiting over a month for payment

Not only that but the reason they give all these free chips is to lower the % payout for legitimate depositing players... because theres so many free chips more people win off them (only to have it void later or capped to a maximum cashout) thus when a depositing player plays it will be dry and take all their money

The only way coolcat even pays legitimate players is if they lose something like $1000 and then try and cashout a measly $50 because coolcat knows  full well they are still $950 up off this person alone and the chances are if they pay that $50 the player will continue to lose more with them

However if the player does make profit its 90% likely they will have all winnings forfeited and acused of "bonus abuse" or worse still "cheating the casino and fixing the games in a way that they cant lose" (iv heard that many a time)

It would seem a lot of people have had issues with the Virtual Group and each individual case is different indeed there are strict rules which must be followed but if followed these rules are you will find that payments will come and the fog of uncertainty and bewilderment will simply vanish.

Just speaking from my experiences ive had myself with this Particular Group I see no scams nor any rouge like behaviour Ive only noted that they have terms and conditions which are very similar to a lot of casinos this is done as a matter of prudence to ensure safe business practice.
Bonuses must be played through if there is a requirement to do so .. and the key factor about bonuses is to examine the particulars of each Bonus and what the requirements are this im sure will cut down on the confusion factor.

Ive been on a bit of a grand safari with casinos and ive seen a number of things one thing that is constant is rules ..you really have to examine each casino environment and ask questions before undertaking any wager or promotion as a matter of prudence and responsible gambling.
It may be seen as a misconception if one were to mistakenly "break the rules" and think that they were being cheated...in matters of money it is understandable the level of stress and anxiety involved ..my advice ..take a breath ..and take a good look at the situation with a clear mind ..ive been there myself couple of times .. its called being human ..for we all are subject to our mortality from world leaders to common folk ..we are all human and subject to emotions.

Base each case on merit and solid fact .. the establishment of truth flows from the synergy of facts ..from this we can deduct the essence of truth ; clarity will give one a much greater perception and focus upon matters.
