I kid you not. Stole money from a PLAYERS ACCOUNT and then acted like a kid with his "Nanny Nanny Boo Boo" jargon.
When asked for an arbitration, they said RTG doesn't use arbitration. Decision final.
Please see the risk of every player who can have funds removed from their account because some peon says foul. I asked this peon if he would've take money had I redeposited and get this, he says YES. Violation of the rules means total forfeiture!!!
BEWARE and AVOID RTG.

More like be AWARE.  And you should be.  Be aware of all terms and conditions at any casino.  The immaturity of the support person is obvious. 
After the #1 rule of no freechips in a row, #2 to be aware of is they reserve the right to change the rules anytime without notice for any reason and #3 their decisions are final.

Good luck and read the T&C's before playing elsewhere.  Sorry they mocked you.

couldnt have said it better chilly.we as players i feel are hurt and betrayed when we trust a casino,make deposits,and when we finaly win are not paid.that makes it bad for the casinos that are trustworthy .it is sooooooooo important to read the terms and maybe do a bit of research about the casino itself.if it has had numerous complaints BEWARE .Im so sorry this happened to you. Sad
