Hi everyone, I think it is important to share this with you.
I didn't play a lot netent games until the last week. I decided to do some deposits in different Netent Casinos. I did also deposit 20 usd at towergaming.com to get the 100% sign up bonus.
But i didn't receive it after my deposit. So i thought i have to wait, they add it maybe later. After a few days i didn't got, so i tried to ask for it via email. No answer. I tried several times to reach someone in livechat, but they are offline all day long, no matter which time i tried it. I send them a second mail and a third, but no reaction!!!! Nothing.
They don't have too a phone number which you could call. So in my opinion is this not a good sign and i will not deposit there again until i get a good answer. So please be warned and be careful!!! Greetings Josie
