I deposited at Carnival casino yesterday oh and by the way when I created my account 2 seconds later live support was bugging me to deposit. Ok anyways so i deposited today 26 bucks and they give you 50% blah balh match bonus crap anyways i played a few games and I played greatest odysey and hit the free spin bonus soooo long story short I had 11 bucks left before i hit the bonus and won 28 in the bonus when the bonus was done i had $5.20 in my account WTF.... so i tried to go to live chat 25min i waited NO response so i called the actual casino and they told me to pull up my casino history on that game and it just shows that I played the money myself and will only show me 30 spins instead of the whole list of spins...and it looks like the free spins never even happend. The lady on teh phone told me oh i dont see that you had the spins wait 24-48hrs for our tech dept to take a look at it but i cant promise you anything... IM SO PISSED WHAT DO I DO!!!!!! HELP

i know I was sent an email regarding that afterwards I felt kinda stupid but still ive never played a game where it flashed BONUS ROUND and the money still came outta my pocket... and what I was more pissed off about was the service that I got from them like I said when i first signed up there was live support 4 seconds after i joined and when i really needed live support it was 25min before i just gave up!!! and even when i called in i told her what game I played and she couldnt tell me right away that this was the case I still will never play there again I didnt like the way I was treated by thier customer service they treated me like crap!!
