  • Having a hard time getting paid from atlantis gold casino withdrawal request was approved on June 06, 2012. Have sent 4 emails and they keep saying 3 to 5 days has any one els have had a hard time getting paid from them or even have been paid?

  • I haven't had a pay out yet, but from what I have seen they seem to be a poorly ran operation.
    The free spin promotions are more of a joke than actually letting you try the slot.
    The consistency of them causes me to wonder if there setting someone up for promotion abuse.  Assuming they win something halfway decent on the free money.
    I'm all for needing verification before you can play type of atmosphere, but when they let you deposit.  Then threaten to lock your account within 24 hours if you don't submit documents.  Seems a bit unrealistic.  Especially when they even give a person some guff about there documents.  Example, I sent them a bank statement.  My bank doesn't print them in color, they only print them in black and white.  Of course a small town bank wouldn't spend money for color.  Well my bank statement got rejected because they claimed I "scanned" it in black and white.
    To end my derail, I would assume they will pay you, because I can't imagine they haven't paid anyone. But it would seem as if those who have been paid aren't telling there experiences.  Which has plagued this forum for a while, people looking for either a positive or negative review about Atlantis Gold, but so far I have only seen negative.  Which is mainly with either payment or redemption of the freebie codes they give out frequently.

    Usually it is a problem with matching documents that the credit card processors require prior to cashing out. Could be that the docs that you sent might not match what the processors require us to check.  I’ve answered this on another thread regarding authorization process as they are the same. Without the docs the credit card processors won’t be able to give us approval to recognize that an account is safe.  This is done for your security and preventing online fraud and identity theft.

    First off, I would like to thank you for this post.  For clarification we are not associated with any casino group. I wanted to know personally of what was the problem you encountered with Atlantis Gold Casino or with Treasure Island Jackpots so we can address it properly.  Your reply to this message is greatly appreciated.  Also sending me your log ins or username would be of great help so I can have the casino manager contact you.

    So eventually to get your person calmed down, I had myself added for a day to a person utility bill so I could prove to you I lived there.  It really shouldn't take this much hassle to get a document approved.  Plus you guys should be a lot more flexible on the types of documents you'll take on address verification.
    Also I tried to deposit this last weekend, using American Express.  I could get my American Express to go at Slotocash, but not at your casino.  Why advertise it as an option, and then not have it work?

    usually if you were done with document verification, yes only thing you need to submit is a copy of the credit card you used for depositing. you can send me your user name on personal message so that i can forward this to our account manager for review.
