I have been to support 4 times after finding I can't get in tournaments. Surely I thought they'd be fixed by now. Each time I was reassured that it was just that, but now I am worried they are up to something because I won an entry to the big one in 40 days or so. I'd hate to find this still happening then. Are they messing with me? Or is anyone else having the same problem? A long time ago, before no US at Wild Jack I had won $100 entry and never got to play it, because I was locked out. |

Just in case anyone was wondering, I went to chat again to ask if I should go ahead and make a new user name, and was told that the user names were being changed for Grand Slam tournaments?? It did cross my mind, but why didn't any one else there tell me one of the 4 times? |

I had problems with a promo video poker tournament that lasted a week I was in...they didn't straighten it out till almost time was out. I still placed in tourney, but could have made much more money. |

Helwin i dont know where are you from , but fr me it was not possible to play the tournaments.. only one time and then i had always the message not responding.. i am not going to try any more..

I'm from California. Maybe because I was signed up before? Some of the casinos like Jackpot City I can't get back in. I get not responding alot too, but I think because poor computer hasn't enough memory, old age and a not so smart user! Just keep your fingers crossed they don't oust me out before tournament. Like I'm gonna win a million, well maybe. $100 would be nice too, then I can get the million the hard way. |
