Well this stinks,Ive been checking my bank every day now.I'm waisting my time doing this.If i don't see it by friday,i will have no choice but to do what the rep told me.Don't play thier anymore.I'm sick waiting months to get withdraws.I'm better off going back to local casinos.I'm vip at 3 local ones and get treated like a vip too.


Hi Cobra,

I checked with the department in charge of withdrawals.  Unfortunately I made a mistake when I offered to try to have the money for you at the end of last week, I hadn't realized you requested a wire transfer and it is harder to put a rush on these.  This was my mistake and I sincerely apologize.

Once it's sent, it takes 3 to 5 business days for a wire to be credited to your account.  You should receive it at the end of this week or the beginning of next, I'll keep you updated.

Hello,

I wanted to share my experience with the Virtual Casino Group and Ingrid.

I have been a regular at another Online Casino Board for a few years, and have played at the same casinos for a long period of time.  I was looking for something new.

I found this board while doing a search for Casino Bonuses.

After playing around at the casinos with the No-Deposit Bonuses, I made a small
deposit at Wild Vegas/Cool Cat and used an exclusive bonus from here.

Anyway, I was very lucky right away. Unfortunately, the max cashout was only 10% of my deposit.

I had never been concerned about playthrough requirements or how much I could actually withdraw before.  But, I was thrilled! Grin

I also didn’t realize the previous problems people had with the Virtual Group until after I won and looked around and found this discussion.

Then I found Ingrid. 

And from the first time I bugged.. I mean pm’d her Grin, she has been helpful, informative, friendly, and eager to assist in anyway she can/could.

I have had many questions since I first contacted her regarding my withdrawal and she has answered them all. 

I was told I would receive my withdrawal (Use my Wallet=Quicktender) 10-15 days after it was approved.  And it arrived two days earlier than I expected.  Made my weekend! 

Again, this is my experience/opinion.  I have and will continue to play at the Virtual Group casinos.  They have great Bonus offers and they have Ingrid.

I am looking forward to my next withdrawal!

 To answer your question I received a payment just yesterday from CoolCat. The process from start to finish took around two weeks, which is about what Ingrid has alreadily mentioned it would be. I do want to echo your comments about how helpful Ingrid has been since she joined this site. She has gone out of her way to help me and many others. I have thanked her on a one on one basis but would like to do it publically. The work her and her staff have been doing lately has changed many peoples opinion about the group she represents. Keep up the great work. I will definitly continue to play Virtual Casinos. Thanks.

I agree with the above posts ,
the short time ive been on here Ingrid has indeed in my opinion been doing a
good job to help get players payouts sorted for them me included.


But lets be honest here just about everyone as far as i can see has had to wait
2-3 weeks+ to get paid after making a withdrawal request. ( its pretty much
company policy even Ingrid has stated this and live chat will also confirm )

So the thing that annoys me is the false advertising on the Virtual Group sites and also in e-mails sent to me (sent to me today)  "Cool Cat prides itself on quick and
easy payouts "  and  " Cool Cat is making cashing out as easy as buying in "  !!!!!!


Please Ingrid this is 100% not true you must agree so these statements
should be removed from your sites and in e-mails sent to players its not right !!!
