my second withdrawal was just approved at prism, both so far have been approved within the 10 business days! While this is nowhere near as fast as some other groups, it's a heck of alot better than it used to be!!! Thanks so much Ingrid for so far keeping your word!

i recieved the first withdrawal awhile ago....i won a jackpot, had to do the withdrawal in installments....the second one was just approved, after i redeposited it and played for awhile!! lol

I have a quick question ....how do you know if you have been locked out of aparticular group of casinos?? My neighbor says she is unable to be connected to any of the wirtual group..it says she has intenet connection problems but she can connect to ALL other casino sites..She ask me and I have no idea...can you help??...

Hello,my nabor is the same way.He joined a few sites and played 1-2 days then his account said locked.Contact custormer service.I think his wireless setup and mine might be showing up as me.Anyway he said screw it.vERY possible your nabor is getting the same

Ingrid,Well i'm home from the hospital and my surgery went good.Just in lots of pain from it.Anyway i was hoping that my withdraw would be in my account by the time i got out,but nothing yet.BTW: Hospital food is worse then baby food. Tongue

I checked with the department in charge of withdrawals.  Unfortunately I made a mistake when I offered to try to have the money for you at the end of last week, I hadn't realized you requested a wire transfer and it is harder to put a rush on these.  This was my mistake and I sincerely apologize.

Once it's sent, it takes 3 to 5 business days for a wire to be credited to your account.  You should receive it at the end of this week or the beginning of next, I'll keep you updated.

Well this stinks,Ive been checking my bank every day now.I'm waisting my time doing this.If i don't see it by friday,i will have no choice but to do what the rep told me.Don't play thier anymore.I'm sick waiting months to get withdraws.I'm better off going back to local casinos.I'm vip at 3 local ones and get treated like a vip too.

Hi Cobra,

Once more, I apologize. I was the one that made a mistake since I didn't realize your withdrawal was by wire transfer.  It takes 3 to 5 business days for you to receive it after it's sent, unlike other methods where the money is credited immediately, such as QuickTender or NETeller.

You'll receive it as soon as possible.  You don't need to check your bank yet, you might receive it on Friday but most likely at the beginning of next week.
