Hi Taaadaaa, I reviewed your Palace of Chance account and our Accounting department has sent you several messages through the casino and even left you a message in your answering maching letting you know the documents that are still missing. Ever since August 1st we received copy of your ID and copy of your credit card, but we are still missing the authorization form for that credit card and a copy of a current utility bill (I know you sent this last one for your Party City withdrawal but as I said it was not legible, so if possible try sending it in a jpg format). Unfortunately our Accounting department waits for a few days in order to approve the withdrawal, but if the documents are not received they are forced to deny it. Best regards, Ingrid

Hi there! Maybe Ingrid can answer this?  I wonder which casinos in the Virtual group that is connected with another? I noticed yesterday that I deposit at Wild Vegas and it said Cool Cat in my neteller account. Which casinos is "skins" and which ones is "real"? I have now deposit and won at two Virtual group casinos in 2 days and I am always a bit nervous about the "several account rule" even if I only have one account/casino/skin. Do I have to send new documents to every new casino I make withdrawals from in the Virtual group? /Maphesto

Hello All, Afraid I have my negative pants on today when it comes to this group!  Can Virtual Group regain my trust? Stop that is too funny in short NO!!  Absolutely I believe in giving someone a second chance but lets face it its not like their rogue behaviour was a glitch its been deliberate and ongoing for years. The disrespect for their players the poor and mostly rude customer service is all part and parcel of this group! So what if they offer alot bonuses and free chips etc thats easy to do when they have no intention on paying out. I have to say I find it hilarious that now that more and more accredited and legit RTG casinos have begun to surface with great customer service and fast payment times suddenly the virtual group want to make it up to us! I say too little too late. Everyone is going on about how great this is etc well all I can say is lets see how long it lasts dont hold ya breathe lol. I understand that they are a large group and they need their "15 days" for processing but why bother when there are a so many great RTG's now paying in 24hrs or less and one that pays instantly....to me thats crazy talk. The only thing this group is good at is excuses from customer service to the managers they all have a degree in excuses and spin 15 days what a joke dont be fooled they run on a different calendar you can usually times whatever they say by four easily. Sorry bout the negative post but when you have been screwed over big time which I have you dont forget it quickly... Good luck all hope i am wrong

the players which keep them in business mostly just dont know about their reputation as they they hide with all their sister casinos.
knowing about their business practise and still depositng with them is just insane if you ask me..
its up to everybodies own but you are really on your own then if they screw you around.. just look into this forum.. i see more than 3 threads complaining about virtual outfits..
theyll never be on a new leaf and anybodiy believing that is way to naive for online gambling imho.

I only usually make 2 or 3 deposits a month (currently playing ringmaster casino and rivernile casino). However im interested to swapping to 2 of your casinos! These are the skins: Prism / Slots of VegasCool Cat / Wild Vegas Virtual / Vegas StripYou can have an account in Prism and another one in Slots of Vegas, it is not a problem. You can even request a bonus in one and another bonus in the other one, it is as if they were separate casinos. However, you have to make sure you log into each one with separate usernames. If username "x" was created for Prism, use it only in Prism. And use username "y" in SOV only. And just make sure you do not have more than one account per each casino (considering skins as separate casinos). If your documents have been received in one casino, you can ask us to transfer them to the other casinos where you have an account. Best regards, Ingrid

Just a quick update on my withdrawal from prism.....still waiting!!!  it's been 11 business days now and they say within the next few days for approval...not sure why they say 7 to 10 on the website  Anyhow, Ingrid has been most kind and hopefully she will use her magic to speed it up a bit maybe?

Well hi all this is for Miss Ingrid it has been a month today for my withdrawl and I get a different anwser every time I live chat with someone at Coolcat Casino. They tell me it's going out the end of the week and that comes and I hear sorry you were missinformed. It really is enough to drive a person mad!!!!!!!
