Hello, I Also have a pending withdraw that was approved 4-5 weeks ago,was told it would hit my bank in a few days.Well the few days from the Email i received was over 2 weeks ago.All these sites post Rules and ask us to follow them.Well this to me is ok,but when the casino doesn't follow them either then what happends?Seems its ok for the casino can break rules but not thier members.I'm getting to a point where i won't be playing much anymore.I have waited 2 months or longer for withdraws. This is bad. When i can play on club world and a few others and get my cash out within 3-4 days. This has been proven by them meny times and i like this.Is it possible that more casinos like SOV can do the same? This would really boost thier members and most of the bad rumers might go away.

HI cobra, welcome to LCB. You're touching on the MAIN concern to all of us here. That includes the (GASP!) reps/admin from some of the online casinos. They too want to get your money, and if you win, zip it riight back to you almost as quick. But as anyone knows, the bigger the company, the more layers it gets. And so time for repayment increases. I wish it didn't and so do they. They would also love to have nothing but honest players. So would I. that would make cash out much quicker and they'd not worry about people abusing the free chips. As I (and this whole) board have seen from Play Fair and Casino33, they have a "Double Chip" exclusion so using 2 chips in a row is no longer possible. Plus, they have shown that in the little time they opened (Casino33) they've had people open 50-150 accounts and get the free chips and then if they win, they then try and claim. So this adds to the hassle and delays. In regards to the casino being honest, we have lists of trustworthy, not so quick but trustworthy casinos and even some "Don't play there, bad rep" casinos. Wehn a new casino comes online, it's always a risk for those first depositors. But if they had a good experience or bad, they'll let others here know. The great thing about having reps on this board, is they can find what has gone wrong and fix it alot quicker then just emailing back and forth. If the wait gets too long, most do go to other casinos which are smaller. So the levels are few. It is a risk, but that's part of the knowledge we learn from using them.

i don't care who you are the virtual group will pay but you will wait forever at least 2months i have had six withdrawals from them and waited each time once i withdrew two days in a row and they made me wait until i got paid on the first one before they would even process the second one so it took over 4months fo get that one both were over 1000 so i don't put money into them any more you lose the trill of winning when you have to wait you end up putting it back in and that's what they count on that's why playfair and casino33 who seem to pay at once will get my money at least if i hit i can get paid. at won at playfair before they were rtg asked for my money on sunday and had a check on fri that's fast to me!! as a matter of fact i think i well go to playfair right now and put some money in wish me luck

One of the criteria for the whole "New Leaf" concepts is to bring the average payout time down to a more reasonable level. Our current benchmark is 15 business days... consistently and Ingrid has been working hard to make this happen.
In fact, in every case that Ingrid has taken a personal hand in a payout, the payout is expedited and has been in around 7 days. While this is great, and shows a proactive approach, the effort is for the payouts to hit that 15 day mark... without intervention.
Does this mean that a 7 day turn around is not desireable or feasible? Of course not.
But cutting the existing payout in half is a desireable and realistic goal, and finding the ways to tweak the established system will show them the way to hit the 7 day mark on their own.
Face it, because Virtual Group is one of the largest and oldest out there, because of the HUGE number of freebies they have always offered... their built in delay was created by the very system and model in place that alloed Double chipping, Multi personalities and other acts to flourish. One fed the other until the legitimate players became effected and ultimatly disgruntled.
Newer sites, having them as a model can see where the mistakes that allowed this to turn into an industry, (for RTG), standard capatilize on it by finding ways to protect themselves from the doublechipping, multi log in set up and were able to expedite payments into a 5-7 day, By their own T&C, limit and often achieving almost miraculous 2-12 hour turnarounds once all documents were on file.
Virtual Group can get to this point as well, but it will require both a serious look at it's own T&C policies by comparison to other RTG's updating those that seem to be almost obsolete, and modifying where they need strengthening and clarification. It will also need to fully utilize some of the upgrade opportunities available through the software itself. Casino33 and Playfair did not create the ability to have a second free chip rejected if no deposit in between was made, they just turned on the function after it became clear, through feedback by us the users, that it was desireable.
In the same way, settings to detect multiple accounts can be tuned to auto reject (it is like a credit scoring system, each red flag assigned a certain score, when score is reached, auto lockout). It is this setting that we are running into as Playfair and Casino 33 complete there separation, and as it was a predictable occurrence, we are being treated to two very active casino reps to make sure no one is locked out in error.
Yes, I am saying a new Leaf is possible... I am saying that Ingrid has, to date made some outstanding progress to far and deserves a round of Kudo's for what has been accomplished so far... But she realizes, as we do that for it to have real meaning, the changes need to be the new standard and automatic... Something I believe she is striving hard to achieve.
Face it, in the end it will not be Me, or LCB that determines the success of the effort... it will be the community of online gamblers stepping up with a deposit in hand, willing to place their money and their trust into their casinos.

Thanks for your feedback Genenco and Jimbeaux! I agree, the goal is for withdrawals to be processed in 3 weeks without my help and we are fighting hard to achieve this. Even though it might not appear to be the case, hundreds of withdrawals are approved and sent in this timeframe, unfortunately some are not. I guess players that receive their money fast aren't so motivated to post Cobra, would you please send me your username and casino (I'm guessing SOV?) by PM? I would like to check why your withdrawal has taken so long and get it to you. Thanks, Ingrid

Wow Ingrid you are quick to respond as usual (don't you sleep lol). I must say that your comp point conversion is excellent. I'm looking forward to seeing my points once it is straightened out. I probably have a good amount (for me anyway lol) built up after I played for as long as I did. I just sent the email today and got a respone that it was forwarded to the right deparetment and I would have a response within one business day so I'll keep you posted. So to clarify one thing though, if I requested a free chip now, and then tommorow my comps get straightened out and I wanted to redeem them, I would need to deposit in between the two right? Oh yeah I just remembered, I didn't even see the 'Redeem Comps' tab in the cashier. Ingrid I know I'm a pain but I just want to make sure that we all have the same great experiences we used to have with your casinos. Thanks so much hun
P.S. I would love to see you in our chatroom when you have a few minutes (although with all the work you're doing I don't see how you would have a few minutes lol) It would be really great to chat with you hun
Hi Booo73, I would love to chat with all of you. At the moment as you said I have a lot in my hands, but I'll try to visit at some point. To request your comp points, please contact CS by chat. And that is correct, you can feel free to redeem your comps and requesting a free chip without depositing in between. Best regards, Ingrid

Ingrid hun I still haven't heard back regarding my comp points. I did claim a second chance free chip (my last transaction was a deposit) and my comps went up by 1, but they are still only at 21. I haven't seen the comps I know I earned from my deposit. I played several hours so I know I played more than $20 (20 comp points). I have the support ticket number if you need it. I sent the request in Friday, but since it was the weekend I wasn't expecting a response until today. Thanks for any help you can provide hun. You are doing an amazing job here.

Hi Cobra, Thank you for sending me your username. Your withdrawal is scheduled to be sent with the wire transfers that go out this week. I will be checking up on it. Best regards, Ingrid

I thought I'd let everyone know that I received an email from Ingrid today telling me my withdrawal was ready for pickup. I went to the local WalMart and sure enough, it was. The earlier requests took upwards of 9 weeks before the transaction was completed. This one was a mere 11 business days from my withdrawal request until the reception of my winnings. Now I would say that is a remarkable turn around and I couldn't be happier about it. I was still charged $21 for the moneygram but I guess that's just part of the deal. Anyway, thanks Ingrid for all your help and for those that still wondered if there would be any improvement in the services, the answer is not only yah but h!!! yah. Later.

I'm happy to hear you got your money Mike! Since you'd had trouble in the past I called in a favor, but please everyone know that in general I can't offer 11 business days, 15 is still what our goal
