Good morning Ingrid, I went to Prism this morning, looking at the deposit options you have available. My normal deposit method for casinos is Ewalletxpress, which, unfortunatly is not one of the options available. I do have a reloadable Visa card that works at many casinos, but as I am in the US there always is a chance that a Visa deposit can be rejected. The other options you have do work well for players outside the US, but in many cases are unavailable to your US players. Can you look into the Ewalletxpress service and see if it can, in the future be brought online as an additional deposit method? thanks, Jimbeaux

Hi Ingrid.. I am wondering something, and this i'm posting is from another poster, but it did interest me.. I do see him complaining of the withdrawal of playthrough which we have discussed and you have remedied that. And we DO know that double chipping is not allowed and does void winnings. The thing that got me was him being told that it is "illegal for US players to be playing at this site" (he playing at coolcat which does accept US) I'm wondering if this is the same at Prism, VIP, and Slots of vegasand if anything like this would be brought up against US players and trying to withdrawal. Even being told that for an excuse. Is there anything there that does restrict, or does allow you to deny payment due to being a US player? I know that you are NOT associated with Coolcat.. i'm asking about your casinos.. This is the quote i found, and what happened to him: what a great day I had to day with my $400.00 Bs free. Dont get me wrong the bonus code for Cool Cats casino gives you the play money without a hastle. The problem is I hit 2 progresive slots. By the time I finished the $8,555.00. play threw. They instantly withdrew a BS bonus withdrawl without my appr. in thee amount of ($868.71) then they withdrew my bonus money($400.00) used in the game. I played alittle more brought my grand total to about ($800.00 U.S.) instead of my original total of ($1,800.00 U.S.) cashable withdrawl. And then told me that I abused the bonus codes by haveing more then 1 total of 3 codes used and took all of it and told me to basically F**k off. And that it is illegal anyhow for U.S. players to play on this site. So let me see they take your winnings. They take any money you deposited, because they faslely advertise U.S. players welcome. And then when you win your not welcome anymore. This casino needs a good bitch slapping. Im sorry but Im not happy with the results and I dont trust them. To top it all off they have my personal info. Great good lookinh out there whoever put up this bonus

Good morning Ingrid...
Well this is it... today is the day... I am an official leaf turner.
....
(yes folk's it is kind of tongue in cheek, but do make sure when you contact Ingrid for her to review your account for amnesty You clear up what YOU think may be the sticking point. Let her do the review and make the determination brfore depositing so there are no unpleasant future surprises)
Hi Jimbeaux, I had your account reviewed and all is well, please feel free to play and may the force be with you IE

I hope I won;t get into any trouble, but when you deposit folks and if you should lose (Oh no!) You have to go to live chat and ask for the " Cash Back" part of the other half of the bonus. Again Ingrid, you're standing up and accepting past mistakes and trying your darnedest to correct them. I'm beginning to feel that Prism could be a major leader, this time in the honest and fair category. Thanks for your comments Genenco! You're not in trouble at all. Whenever one of our bonuses offers cashback, you need to contact CS in order to receive it (if you lost the initial deposit and bonus). IE

Hi Imagin.ation, Thanks for drawing my attention to this. We of course do not have any restrictions to US players and I'm finding it very hard to believe that someone would tell him/her that. Could you send me a link to the post? I would like to look into it, especially if it was said to him by chat, we keep a log. Thanks! Ingrid

Hi Jimbeaux, Thank you very much for the suggestion, I will pass it along to the right people. I'm familiar with eWallet Express but I didn't know it was available for US players. Your Visa card should work without a problem, if not, our Accounting department will help you out. Let me know of any trouble. Good luck! Ingrid

Ok so I, like Jimbeaux, took the plunge and made a deposit with the generous bonus that Ingrid offered to everyone who wants to take the leap also. I needed several things corrected with my acocunt including address, email, and even last name lol. Don't forget it has been three years since I was an 'honest' player with them so basically none of the info they had for me was right anymore lol. I sent three different emails to Ingrid with questions regarding terms of the bonus coupon she sent me and my info update. She got back to me sooner than I expected (ALOT sooner). She put my mind at ease and made sure everything was correct on my account so I would have no problems. I must say that this is an immediate improvement over my past experiences with these casinos so kudos to you Ingrid for a very hard job well done so far.

Ok so I actually have a question that anyone that does claim your bonus offer might need to know. I wasn't able to cash out although it was my own fault for not quitting while I was $500 ahead so I claimed the cash back from your live support, which was very curteous and quick to put the bonus in my account. I unfortunately lost that too. I did, however notice that my comp points are only at 20. Since I started with 17 (I think) that surprised me after I played for at least 5-6 hours at $1.25-2.50 a bet. That should have been ALOT more comp points than that but I emailed support and am awaiting a response on that. My question here is, now that I have taken the 200% cashback on my loss, is that considered a free chip? In other words, if I claimed a free chip now that I have deposited and played my bonus for it, is that going to be considered double-chipping? I don't want to get into trouble lol. Also if I redeem my comp points are they considered a free chip. Can I claim a free chip after I claim comp points without a deposit in between. I just need to clarify what is considered a free chip and what isn't. Thanks for your help Ingrid. You really have put forth an amazing effort on behalf of your casino group. Cheers

Hi Booo, Thank you for your nice comments! Regarding your comp points, I can try to get specific details for you if CS isn't able to give you enough information. Unfortunately the people that would be able to help me with that isn't here anymore so we would have to wait until Monday, please let me know. Keep in mind that in our casinos 1 comp point equals $1, I just mention it because in other RTG casinos I've worked before it was 100 comp points that would equal $1. The cashback is not considered a free chip, nor would comp points. You can feel free to request a free chip now and play at ease. We don't recommend receiving several free chips and then asking for your comp points without depositing at all but that's different. I hope you have better luck next time, remember to quit while you're ahead Ingrid

Hi Imagin.ation, You have all been given a second chance in the sense that I'll be backing you up should any questions arise. However, any free chipper that isn't a fraudulent player is welcome to start playing for real, depositing and such. So far among all of you I haven't found anyone that wouldn't be able to cash out if he/she just starts depositing once in a while I do have to say that, as some of you have seen with a couple of examples in other threads, we receive hundreds of people everyday creating multiple accounts, requesting dozens of free chips in a row per account, etc. Unfortunately this type of players are the reason why real players have to jump through so many hoops. And also, everyone here from CS to Withdrawals to even managers is very used to dealing with players that behave like this and then demand their winnings, so some times we're not as inclined to help as we would be if we see a serious player. I completely understand the reasons why most of you had only used free chips until now, you didn't trust the casinos so you were just having fun with them. I've explained this to many people here and everyone understands as well. So that's why I've placed a comment in the accounts of players that have contacted me saying that you'll behave from now and if there's any issues to come to me What you need to do is deposit, with or without a bonus, and then request a free chip if you'd like. After that, deposit again, and then request another free chip, etc. Just don't put two free chips in a row. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Have a great weekend everyone! Ingrid

Wow Ingrid you are quick to respond as usual (don't you sleep lol). I must say that your comp point conversion is excellent. I'm looking forward to seeing my points once it is straightened out. I probably have a good amount (for me anyway lol) built up after I played for as long as I did. I just sent the email today and got a respone that it was forwarded to the right deparetment and I would have a response within one business day so I'll keep you posted. So to clarify one thing though, if I requested a free chip now, and then tommorow my comps get straightened out and I wanted to redeem them, I would need to deposit in between the two right? Oh yeah I just remembered, I didn't even see the 'Redeem Comps' tab in the cashier. Ingrid I know I'm a pain but I just want to make sure that we all have the same great experiences we used to have with your casinos. Thanks so much hun
P.S. I would love to see you in our chatroom when you have a few minutes (although with all the work you're doing I don't see how you would have a few minutes lol) It would be really great to chat with you hun
