Hi Ingrid,

I scanned my documents and sent them to ccprocessing@clubplayercasino.com. I just want to make sure that everything is place to ensure my withdrawl will go smoothly.

Hi Lori,

Your documents were received.  Smiley

The department in charge will review them and write any comments in your account.  They'll also send you a player message that you'll receive when you log into your casino account; please allow a couple of days and then log in, to make sure everything is in order.

Best regards,

Ingrid

Ingrid,

Can you please tell me the status of my withdrawal? You advised it would be approved no later than 9/18. This was requested on 9/4. Thank you!

Hi BMWest,

There is no change in the expected date.  Unfortunately (but fortunately for other players Smiley) there are a lot of pending withdrawals at the moment, so it is taking 10 business days in average for them to be approved.

It will be approved by tomorrow.

Best regards,

Ingrid

Hi Ingrid, I know you said that you prefer to deal with SOV, Prism and VIP, but I was just wondering if this assurance of withdrawals and support etc that you are offering extends to Th Virtual casino? They have sent me some good looking deposit coupons, but I just wanted to check in here if you would 'look after me' if I was playing at the virtual casino?

Hey Ingrid,

Thanks for your post… Firstly I want to say that I have no issues with you, I commend you on what you are trying to achieve and don’t envy the task you have ahead of you!  Smiley

Some of the information you posted is indeed correct, however some of it is entirely inaccurate. I appreciate the fact that you do not have all the information due to when it all occurred however I remember it very well… I didn’t want to go into the whole drama yesterday as I didn’t want to bore the forum to tears!  As you have taken the time to respond I inturn will endeavour to elaborate on exactly what happened and I will try to keep it as brief as I can.

I was treated appallingly by POC there is no other word for it, well no words that I can use here anyway!  I believe that anyone else that was treated as badly as I was would feel the same way I do if they had been in the same situation and would be left with the same sour taste in their mouth.  Angry

As I stated in my previous post I legitimately won 30K and as also previously mentioned I did receive a payment of 2.5K from POC…. but you have no idea of the grief I had to go through just to get that!

I’ll start from the beginning.  When I first won the very exciting 30K I got in contact with the casino to find out exactly what was involved for example how its paid out?…. do I need to do anything else?…. Are there any conditions attached etc? I was informed by the casino that due to the amount that I had won I would have to withdrawer 2.5K weekly and all I had to do was to log into my account weekly, request the withdrawal and it would be processed and paid… apart from that  I wouldn’t have to do anything else….

At the time I thought ok it obviously would be nicer if it could all be paid at once but hey 2.5K each week for the next few months I can deal with that, who couldn’t right!

Anyway initially everyone was helpful, courteous and available.  I requested my first withdrawal of 2.5K it was approved so I waited the week to be paid.  A week later no payment so I contacted the casino and was told “it will be in your neteller account tomorrow”, tomorrow came no money so again I contacted the casino (as I was told this would be a weekly occurrence) again I got the same response you will be paid tomorrow  (what’s the old saying tomorrow never comes right!)  this same dance went on for a week and a half after the money was due to be paid.

During this time I was told by live chat “Meg you will be paid but you have to nag the manager he is hopeless, just keep sending him emails and he will eventually pay you”  And I thought are you fr*ggin kidding I have a legitimate win, I have a fulltime job, I have a life and I have to spend all my spare time trying to get something that was rightfully mine! During this time I did email the manager I also got the same response from him… your money will be in your account tomorrow. When tomorrow came and I hadn’t been paid I  got in touch again suddenly the manager wasn’t available! What a surprise I sent him numerous emails which were ignored and remained unanswered so I  contacted live chat who never seemed to know where he was and always told me to email him.

Yes eventually I did finally get paid my first payment of 2.5K but it was an absolute nighmare trying to get it! And let’s not forget I still had 27K I had to try and get out of them….

Ingrid in your post you state that I never made another withdrawal that is infact technically incorrect.  I did indeed request my second withdrawal.  A week after I finally got my first payment I requested my second withdrawal of 2.5K and I was met with exactly the same obstacles as above the manager would not respond to emails and live chat were a waste of time.  Eventually I did get onto the Manager and this is where I really started to get p*ssed off with these spin doctors! I asked him what the hold up on the second payment was and you know what he told me…. He said “Meg you can’t just withdrawer your winnings weekly you have to keep playing in between withdrawals”… yeah right so I could lose my winnings then they wouldn’t have to pay me right! I had been told previously there was nothing else I needed to do I could withdrawer weekly. If this was the case why was I not told that when I initally asked the question if there were any further conditions I needed to fulfill an why did it take so many ignored emails to tell me that?  So like the good gal that I am I reversed the withdrawal and continued playing.  This time I got the remainding 27K up to almost 40K!!!!!!

So once again I requested a withdrawal and once again I was met with excuse after excuse unanswered emails and nothing but a headache to say the least. After trying so hard to get my second withdrawal and just getting more of the same treatment I finally had enough of their b*llshit!! There is no doubt in my mind they had no intention of paying me my winnings….. I finally logged into my account and ran the amount down to zero purposely….I HAD, HAD ENOUGH!!!!

I have to say the Manager of this Casino at the time was a waste of space and if he had of been standing in front of me at the time he would have been wearing a forehead slap!!! Bigtime!!!!

Ingrid the treatment was disgusting…. Yes I use to play at POC a lot I was a regular depositor it use to be my favourite place to play, I never was a chip abuser… It was a legit situation which was handled poorly to say the least.

I know that currently your group operate on a 15 business day withdrawal process, however at the time of my win due to the amount that I won I was told it would be an ongoing weekly withdrawal process but that never happened!

Please don’t take this as a personal attack on you it is not but what can I say how can I trust you guys again? They took something that should have been exciting and turned it into a nightmare!

If you want to throw me a decent free chip I’ll happily jump on board and give you a go. But when it comes to depositing there is a lot of love you need to throw Meg’s way to make up for how a honest, regular depositing player was treated.

Cheers

Meg.

PS Sorry guys for crapping on just wanted to tell my side of the story… I may be short in stature but have plenty to say when I need to  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

You know what Meg?  You're better off playing @ other casino sites, believe me.  Perhaps Ingrid's intentions are honorable, however in reading the posts on here I am still convinced that the entire Virtual group of casinos will do anything they can 2 make withdrawing YOUR MONEY virtually impossible.  I've been slotting FOR YEARS, & have cashed out THOUSANDS of dollars.  NEVER have I heard of a 'policy' that requires u 2 'remain an active player' & keep playing while you're waiting 4 a withdrawal.  Sure they want u 2 keep playing, in the hopes that u will subsequently blow any money u already have pending 2 withdraw.  Sorry Ingrid, I have nothing against u personally, but we players deposit OUR money in2 casinos & on the slim chance that we win a nice amount, it is not 2 much 2 ask that we b able 2 get this money in a quick, efficient, professional manner.  After a completely ridiculous run-around a couple years ago @ Virtual, I decided 2 say 'bye-bye' & invest my fun money elsewhere.  We should NOT have 2 hound casino management, nor jump thru hoops in order 2 honor the questionable policies at the Virtual group just 2 get our winnings.  Meg, I urge u 2 stay away; u will continue 2 get the run-around & lose money in the process.  There r some really good RTGs out there, as well as Microgaming, & they won't 'require' u 2 keep playing while awaiting a withdrawal.
I also find it very interesting that once CasinoJack from Casino33 & Playfair came on board, we started hearing from these other casino reps. Never b4 were they anywhere 2 b found.
So, I'm sorry Ingrid, but it's RTG & Microgaming 4 this slotter.

Altho i did get paid $375 on  n/d free chip from Coolcat it took 3 weeks to get my
money. Altho Ingrid did give me advice on my withdrawal to help.

But i have to agree with everything Tinmanfan has posted above .
I also play on lots of other microgaming casinos etc .

I always get paid 3-4 days max on the casinos i still deposit with and also agree
that it is incredible that virtual expect players to "remain active" whilst waiting on
withdrawals . terrible.

Ingrid,

It looks like my withdrawal request from 9/4 was approved, can you confirm and advise when I can expect my money? Thanks so much for your help.

Hey Tinmanfan,

I hear exactly what you're saying and agree with you 110%.  Don't worry tho I do not and have not played with the Virtual Group in ages (once bitten twice shy hey) and I never will again there is nothing these spin doctors can do to get me back on board I wont even waste my time playing there free chips!

I agree with you about the reps suddenly popping up but as I said in an earlier post they no longer have the monopoly there are many reputable RTG's and other casinos out there it has forced them to pull their finger out!

I understand alot of players play there because of their huge bonuses and free chips but once again it's very easy to offer bonuses like that when they have no intention of paying out.

Like you I have for ages only played at reputable casinos RTG and microgamming they pay me when I win usually within 24hrs I dont have to beg, plead or jump through hoops to get what is mine! I have said it a million times and I will say it a million more my fave RTG is Casino Extreme, polite customer service, they look after me and when I win they pay instantly so why would I play with these sheisters when I can get that elsewhere an

Anyway I guess what I am saying is that I dont trust them I will never trust them.

To all who play with them PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!

I like Tinmanfan will stick to those who do the right thing by me.

Good luck all

good post Meglington agree 100% with what you are saying Smiley

What amazes me about some of these Virtual casinos is why on earth they make it
so difficult to cash out .

Surely it is good business sense to keep the customer happy and get them to come
back again and play real quick after giving punters their winnings ??

I know for a fact i have deposited back in to a few online casinos after a few days
of being paid out by them . If they treat you fairly and pay you out quickly with
no hassle you will keep coming back Exclamation!

Its not rocket science Exclamation! Grin

Thanks carlito,  Cheesy

You're right it aint rocket science is it!  Grin Amazes me too why they make it so difficult to cash out I guess the answer to that one is... because they can! Maybe just maybe they are spending too much money sending their staff to spin doctor training camp lol (couldn't resist)

Obviously there are people out there that consider receiving their winnings in 1-3 months time acceptable, however I dont (doesn't take them 1-3 months to take your money) I guess some players have no choice due to jurisdiction who knows? You would think that due to their size that would allow them the capacity to pay out in a more timely manner.

I'm with you I regularly deposit back into casinos after being paid out by them they treat me right so I keep coming back... you right on the money!  Smiley

Anyway we know better... I just feel bad for those like the new to online gambling players virtual casinos are everywhere and they don't know any better.
