Hi Jim,

It varies depending on the casino and the player class.  But speaking in general, the player can request a withdrawal for the whole amount.  The evaluation of the withdrawal takes 7 to 10 business days.  The first installment would then be approved, and afterwards, the following payments would be approved and sent on shorter periods, not the regular 15 business days.

I'm not going to lie to you, cashing out $30K would not be exactly fast.  We have restrictions, imposed to us by our processors, and this is for our safety and that of our players.  However, I can assure you the whole amount would be sent on a regular/reliable schedule.

In the meantime, the player is free to play.  He can cancel the withdrawal and re-request it for a smaller amount, so he'll have some money to play with (and if he wins, he can obviously request another withdrawal) or he can simply deposit, even using a bonus code.

However, the player should not use free chips while the withdrawal is still pending.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

Ingrid

Thanks Ingrid, that gives me a little clearer picture...

Guess I will just have to win 20 or 30 thousand so I can post about how long it takes...

Hey Ingrid,

Thanks for your post… Firstly I want to say that I have no issues with you, I commend you on what you are trying to achieve and don’t envy the task you have ahead of you!  Smiley

Some of the information you posted is indeed correct, however some of it is entirely inaccurate. I appreciate the fact that you do not have all the information due to when it all occurred however I remember it very well… I didn’t want to go into the whole drama yesterday as I didn’t want to bore the forum to tears!  As you have taken the time to respond I inturn will endeavour to elaborate on exactly what happened and I will try to keep it as brief as I can.

I was treated appallingly by POC there is no other word for it, well no words that I can use here anyway!  I believe that anyone else that was treated as badly as I was would feel the same way I do if they had been in the same situation and would be left with the same sour taste in their mouth.  Angry

As I stated in my previous post I legitimately won 30K and as also previously mentioned I did receive a payment of 2.5K from POC…. but you have no idea of the grief I had to go through just to get that!

I’ll start from the beginning.  When I first won the very exciting 30K I got in contact with the casino to find out exactly what was involved for example how its paid out?…. do I need to do anything else?…. Are there any conditions attached etc? I was informed by the casino that due to the amount that I had won I would have to withdrawer 2.5K weekly and all I had to do was to log into my account weekly, request the withdrawal and it would be processed and paid… apart from that  I wouldn’t have to do anything else….

At the time I thought ok it obviously would be nicer if it could all be paid at once but hey 2.5K each week for the next few months I can deal with that, who couldn’t right!

Anyway initially everyone was helpful, courteous and available.  I requested my first withdrawal of 2.5K it was approved so I waited the week to be paid.  A week later no payment so I contacted the casino and was told “it will be in your neteller account tomorrow”, tomorrow came no money so again I contacted the casino (as I was told this would be a weekly occurrence) again I got the same response you will be paid tomorrow  (what’s the old saying tomorrow never comes right!)  this same dance went on for a week and a half after the money was due to be paid.

During this time I was told by live chat “Meg you will be paid but you have to nag the manager he is hopeless, just keep sending him emails and he will eventually pay you”  And I thought are you fr*ggin kidding I have a legitimate win, I have a fulltime job, I have a life and I have to spend all my spare time trying to get something that was rightfully mine! During this time I did email the manager I also got the same response from him… your money will be in your account tomorrow. When tomorrow came and I hadn’t been paid I  got in touch again suddenly the manager wasn’t available! What a surprise I sent him numerous emails which were ignored and remained unanswered so I  contacted live chat who never seemed to know where he was and always told me to email him.

Yes eventually I did finally get paid my first payment of 2.5K but it was an absolute nighmare trying to get it! And let’s not forget I still had 27K I had to try and get out of them….

Ingrid in your post you state that I never made another withdrawal that is infact technically incorrect.  I did indeed request my second withdrawal.  A week after I finally got my first payment I requested my second withdrawal of 2.5K and I was met with exactly the same obstacles as above the manager would not respond to emails and live chat were a waste of time.  Eventually I did get onto the Manager and this is where I really started to get p*ssed off with these spin doctors! I asked him what the hold up on the second payment was and you know what he told me…. He said “Meg you can’t just withdrawer your winnings weekly you have to keep playing in between withdrawals”… yeah right so I could lose my winnings then they wouldn’t have to pay me right! I had been told previously there was nothing else I needed to do I could withdrawer weekly. If this was the case why was I not told that when I initally asked the question if there were any further conditions I needed to fulfill an why did it take so many ignored emails to tell me that?  So like the good gal that I am I reversed the withdrawal and continued playing.  This time I got the remainding 27K up to almost 40K!!!!!!

So once again I requested a withdrawal and once again I was met with excuse after excuse unanswered emails and nothing but a headache to say the least. After trying so hard to get my second withdrawal and just getting more of the same treatment I finally had enough of their b*llshit!! There is no doubt in my mind they had no intention of paying me my winnings….. I finally logged into my account and ran the amount down to zero purposely….I HAD, HAD ENOUGH!!!!

I have to say the Manager of this Casino at the time was a waste of space and if he had of been standing in front of me at the time he would have been wearing a forehead slap!!! Bigtime!!!!

Ingrid the treatment was disgusting…. Yes I use to play at POC a lot I was a regular depositor it use to be my favourite place to play, I never was a chip abuser… It was a legit situation which was handled poorly to say the least.

I know that currently your group operate on a 15 business day withdrawal process, however at the time of my win due to the amount that I won I was told it would be an ongoing weekly withdrawal process but that never happened!

Please don’t take this as a personal attack on you it is not but what can I say how can I trust you guys again? They took something that should have been exciting and turned it into a nightmare!

If you want to throw me a decent free chip I’ll happily jump on board and give you a go. But when it comes to depositing there is a lot of love you need to throw Meg’s way to make up for how a honest, regular depositing player was treated.

Cheers

Meg.

PS Sorry guys for crapping on just wanted to tell my side of the story… I may be short in stature but have plenty to say when I need to  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Hi Meg,

Thank you for explaining further Smiley

I firmly believe there is never an excuse for poor customer service, so I’m really sorry to hear that’s what you received.

Since I wasn't here at the time, I spoke with a few people that were, both in the CS department and in the Withdrawals department.

When the US law passed, a lot of payment methods started closing or closing for the US and this complicated our payments operation a lot.  And unfortunately it seems things weren't handled well in terms of the customer service provided to players: they should never have told you the payment would be sent the following day.  I'm sure they were only trying to be helpful, but now we try to be as realistic as possible, since creating false expectations for the player is never the best way to handle things.  Your withdrawal took 14 business days, and that's what they should have offered from the beginning.

A lot has changed since then, especially due to new management which started a couple of years ago.  This is something that I accepted back when we started this thread, mistakes were made in the past.

Regarding the fact that they told you to play, back then there was a policy that the account had to remain active, something similar to what Jimbeaux mentioned.  You didn't have to play a lot, just a little so that the account would not remain inactive while your $27K were sent.

Regarding your second withdrawal, I am really sorry but there seems to be some confusion there.  I can send you by email a screen shot of your account if you wish, or perhaps you can still see it in your cashier history.  This is not something we can change or edit, RTG can confirm this as well.  You only requested one withdrawal, on Feb. 12; on Feb. 23rd you were probably told you had to play in between your withdrawals, you logged into your account and lost the $27K.  Your funds were sent on March 02 and at that moment there were no other funds in your account, a second withdrawal was never requested.  This is completely certain information, I have the records in the RTG software, I can provide you with exact dates, hours, minutes and seconds, I can even tell you the games you played and for what amounts, there’s no room for error.

There is a free chip in your account that you haven’t used.  I would love to offer another one but you’ve used many in a row.  Please feel free to use the funds in your account and, afterwards, if you’d like I can give you a really nice deposit bonus.

Best Regards,

Ingrid

Hi Ingrid Smiley
I was just wondering since the casinos are affiliated (Prism SOV and VIP lounge) will I only have to submit my docs once like with some groups? I have submitted them to VIP last night and I am going to play at Prism today and I was just wondering if one submission is enough.

Hi ethereal,

With documents such as ID and utility bill, we can transfer them from one account to the other one.  If you used different credit cards, for example, you would need to send additional documents.

Send me a PM letting me know if you faxed the docs or sent them by email and to which address, I can check and see if we receive them.  So far they haven't been acknowledged in your account, but it does take 48 hours for our department to finish checking all docs received.

Best regards,

Ingrid

Hi smokake,

Unfortunately your documents weren't received.  Please send them to ccprocessing@coolcatcasino.com if by email or 1-888-879-1302 by fax.  If you're sending them by email, I recommend attaching each file to a separate email so that they're not too heavy and they don't get rejected.

As soon as you send them you can send me a PM and I'll be happy to check if they were received.

Withdrawals are approved within 7 to 10 business days.  We have a lot of withdrawals pending at the moment, so you may need to wait until the 10th business day, which would be the 24th.  Regardless, I will keep an eye on it so that we can send it to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Ingrid

Hi Ingrid,

I think it is great that you are trying your best to change the image of the RTG group. I applaud you for this. I know it is hard trying to change the minds of thousands, but I can see your getting off to good start.

I am new to the on line gaming industry, I was playing Club Player and won. Woo hoo! Can you check my account to make sure everything is there to process my withdrawl. My login name is LHofsdal.

Thank you.

Hi Lori,

Welcome to the industry and congratulations! Cool

You need to send your documents before our Withdrawals department checks your account.  Please contact CS for information on what you'd need to send and the email address and/or fax number.

Let me know if there's anything I can do.

Best regards,

Ingrid
