Hi Judi,
I hope you're well.
We'd like to sincerely apologize for the delay in sending your cashout, and for any confusion on the information you've received. Dozens of players contact CS daily asking about their withdrawals and so initially they give the regular expected time. In this case, however, there was a delay that falls outside our standard estimates.
Your withdrawal was approved within the expected 7 to 10 business days. However, even though it should have been sent at the end of last week or the beginning of this one, unfortunately due to banking restrictions / limits, we were forced to delay it.
We apologize once more for the inconvenience. I can assure you that you will receive your funds next week at the latest; I'll send you a PM with a more exact date as soon as the information is available.
Best regards,
Ingrid

Not sure how i missed this thread but i can see Ingrid is doing her best to improve things at the Virtual Group and i wish her all the best I understand the reasons why this thread was made and one of the main ones is trying to get withdrawal payments down to 15 business days . What i would like to understand is how on the website it states that withdrawal requests will be approved within 7-10 business days but on the other hand if your request is denied it will be done within 72 hours . Now im no maths genius or anything but surely if you can deny someone a withdrawal request in 72 hours then you can approve a request within the same 72 hours ? I think thats a real gripe of mine about Virtual the approval time is not on in my opinion . I have many poker sites and casinos downloaded and getting approval is never more than 48 hours and thats even when you havent sent the right documents etc. They notify you straight away and you can get it sorted quick ! There is absolutely no reason that getting approval for a withdrawal should take more than 72 hours max . Also i was wondering what the procedure is once you get approved for example if i have been approved and been told that i will get a cheque sent to me . A couple of days to get processed and then maybe 3-5 days for post

Hi Carlito,
Our group of casinos is by far larger than most others, especially within the ones that accept US players.
On top of this, we offer very large bonuses, and this attracts hundreds of players per day that try to cash out money in fraudulent ways or by trying to "cheat" our terms and conditions. Sometimes it is easy for our Withdrawals department to spot a withdrawal that has to be denied, in which case they do so right way, but in other cases they do take longer to deny them. In the case of approvals, there are procedures that need to be followed before a withdrawal can be approved, and this is for the player's safey as well as ours.
As I mentioned to you in the other thread, it takes us approximately 15 business days to process and send out a cashout. We are aware this is longer than other casinos, but unfortunately it is what we can offer at the moment, due to the amount of players I mentioned and also other factors such as banking restrictions.
We hope the promotions we offer are worth waiting a little longer for a cashout.
Best regards,
Ingrid

I play at lots of Microgaming Casinos which is also a large group and have never had to wait more than 48 hours for approval . Yes its a lot easier to deny someone a withdrawal request thats true but im pretty sure these approvals can be done quicker than 10 business days . Party Casino is a massive group and all approvals are given within 48 hours . Also you have stated in previous posts that there are restrictions etc for players in the US which i understand but you say international payouts are quicker . Can i expect my payout to be quicker as im in the UK then ? i doubt it I will be honestly amazed if i get my cheque within 15 business days after my request to be honest. I expect to be joining the list of players on Virtual let down by slow payments but lets hope by some miracle i get paid within that time frame and we can see progress being made.

Hi Carlito, Microgaming does not accept US players, which makes their payout process by far simpler than ours. In the case of international players, sometimes we're able to send payments faster. However, this isn't always the case, it also depends on the payment method they choose and many other factors. See below a post from this same thread: As a matter of fact, Club Player, which is a Virtual Group casino, gave me my money 2 days after the withdrawal was approved. They are together with Class 1 and Everest Casino the fastest I have met. I do expect your payment to be sent within the 15 business days as this is the standard of how long payments are currently taking. Best regards, Ingrid

Hi Judi, That actually wasn't me. As I had mentioned, we were forced to delay your cashout but because of that, there was already a priority on it so it would be sent as soon as possible. I would love to take credit but I didn't really do anything Enjoy your winnings!! Ingrid

Hi Ingrid , So i should expect my cheque to arrive by this Thursday as you say in the above post then as that will be 15 business days . weeeeeeeee happy days Hi Carlito, I do expect your payment to be sent within the regular estimated date, withdrawals are usually sent that way. Please notice however that the 15 business days are for the payment to be sent, not for you to receive it. This has been very clear in all my posts, but I wanted to clarify. If you send me a NETeller account number, you will receive the payment faster. This would have to be done soon, since your payment is already being processed. If not, it will be sent to you by Money Gram; we cannot send a check to the UK and we cannot send you a wire transfer due to the amount. So if you have a NETeller account (or if not you can open one quickly), I would really recommend this method, please send me a PM with it. Best regards, Ingrid

Hi Carlito,
I answered your PM in case you can see it in the "My messages" tab. Thank you for your email address, just in case.
I really recommend NETeller, you would receive the funds as soon as we send them; Money Gram is a little more complicated.
Our casino staff will send you an email with details needed for you to pick up your withdrawal as soon as they are available. I will also be checking up on it.
Best regards,
Ingrid

Carlito, I've explained before: it usually takes 15 business days for withdrawals to be sent. This means, at the end of Thursday (our time) we'll still be within the regular expected time. I've also explained that I hope there will be no delays, and that if you gave me a NETeller account it would mean you would RECEIVE your money faster. Please notice however that the 15 business days are for the payment to be sent, not for you to receive it. This has been very clear in all my posts, but I wanted to clarify. If you send me a NETeller account number, you will receive the payment faster.
There is a difference between us sending the money and you receiving it. By Money Gram, I explained, you would not receive it immediately, but by NETeller you will receive it as soon as we send it. I never said giving me a NETeller account would allow us to send the money faster. I also explained that CS has to work allowing for possible delays, which sometimes happen. I am personally looking into this for you, trying to get your money sent as soon as possible, but we haven't even reached the regular estimated time. I'll send you an email as soon as your cashout is sent. If for some reason I see it will take longer than the regular 15 business days, you'll also hear it directly from me and I'll give you any details you may need. Ingrid
