I don't know if everyone knows this already, but I used the $5 on Scratch2cash, lost it months ago. Anyway I made a deposit and got the 100% and it was supposed to be 20x playthrough on the bonus. So I went to cash out and it said I hadn't made playthrough, so I talked to live support and they said I had to play the $5 through 20 times after my deposit (so an extra $100 pt) even though like I said it was gone months before I even thought about depositing!!! I think that's just rude  :-\

Hi Ether,

Sorry to hear that happen. This is why we have to read the terms so carefully. It can be so frustrating to be told the terms weren't meant...especially in your situation. A 5.00 chip played a couple months ago...and it comes back to haunt you.
